I have to say Leticia at my location makes doing business with them as easy as breathing. She and others in this office have always made things as convenient as possible. Leticia listens and is upbeat and positive and im sure a true asset to this location. I feel more like im talking to my best friend when i call. Always efficient, speedy, and professional! Laticia Paddock, Rogers office manager, is absolutely amazing!!! I can go on and on about how helpful she is to my parents and I. We dont feel like just a number or a policy to her. Shes always so helpful, understanding and overall patient with us since we dont always understand things when it comes to insurance. She treats my parents and I like family and she is always genuinely looking out for our best interest. She definitely goes above and beyond to always try to accommodate us and explain things thoroughly to us. I cant thank her enough!!!

Ive been with Roger for probably five years now and Ive always had fantastic service. Our rates arent the cheapest out there (you get what you pay for) but they are very competitive, especially with other non cut-rate insurance providers. We have had a few claims and each time the service has been quick and courteous. Highly recommended these guys.

Roger and his team have been a big help for all my insurance needs. I had an accident recently and was able to get Roger on the phone to walk me through what I should do. For me the most important thing is that he is always available when I need help or have questions. His team seems courteous and knowledgeable and it has been a great experience so far.

Roger and his team is great. I transitioned all my policies and the process was quick and easily. Only had one claim thus far which was my windshield.... Cause unknown... probably voodoo, but the windshield was fixed the same day. Glad I made the switch.

Walked into Rogers office and was greeted by his whole staff with a hand shake and a smile. Having a local office that remembers you each time makes the insurance decision a great one. I and my family have been insured with this agency for over 8 years, office has been responsive and friendly. Claims have been quickly resolved and communication has been great, would recommend this office to anyone who wants the best!

Ive been driving 2 months with no insurance thanks to this agency. Underwriting decided that since one of the drivers on my brand new 2013 vehicle didnt have an Arizona license for at least 36 months that they would have to cancel my policy. That is the only reason. I have no tickets nor does the other driver. They sent Roger Downeys agency a notice and told them they would have to cancel my policy and rewrite my insurance with a fire and casualty department or separate entity, (Im not sure) but could no longer keep my current policy that was prepaid for the next six months. I was never contacted and they canceled my policy. State Farm said they sent a notice but I never received anything. Nor did I receive a refund. Which I still dont have. I was fortunate that I needed another copy of my insurance card so I stopped in to get one. That is when I found out my insurance was canceled and Ive been driving with no insurance. Just imagine getting in an accident and possibly losing everything youve worked for because your insurance agency never notified you that they cancelled you. Plus making payments on a car for 6 years that you might no longer have. One should not have to worry when you pay for 6 months of insurance, do not receive a refund, not a notice, or even an email or phone call. They had my correct phone number and email on file with my policy. I just want people to know how your life could change in one second if you were in an accident and didnt have insurance. When in fact you did everything you were supposed to do and someone you hired to protect you, your property, future, lifestyle, family, retirement, even your life, didnt communicate. Be advised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been with them for years and called twice in the last week to ask about my bill no response then called today to see why it’s so high and was pretty much told it is what it is I said I’ll probably switch companies and they told me ok we will cancel you..no I’m sorry let’s see what we can do nothing I informed them I’m 40 with a perfect driving record and it’s never been so high they again said it is what it is..I won’t go back to State Farm
