They dont even have an actual number, they have an answering service that just hangs up on you. This company cost me my business. I was sold on the promise of having my online presence cleaned up, and my directories cleaned. After $3,000 invested I essentially have been ignored. I run a lawn and gardening service and these people took advantage of me. I am a 76 year old vet who has worked hard his entire life. I paid these people in good faith and they cost me my livelihood. As of right now I have an ongoing investigation with my attorney to resolve the issue. My advice to you is to look elsewhere, I just wish I had noticed that their legal business name is Transactions and Promotions and they have had their BBB accreditation revoked!If I can save anyone else the headache my work is done here.

Do not go with them if you’re looking for solar leads. Literally it was throwing money up on the wall to see if it would stick. Then I wanted to leave and they said I should try google ads since they worked better then Facebook.... with Facebook I got probably 20 leads in 6 months and google it was one in two months and it was someone looking for a solar battery pack for charging sell phones... Taplocal has yet to take my card off their file and google keeps charging me 400-500 a month. Perhaps they’re good with other ads but stay clear if you’re thinking solar, I feel they were brand new, in fact I think the first guy I spoke with said I was one of their first but they have 20 years with everything else.
