Replacing the wood bench with actual benches was awesome.

We have lived here for 2 plus years and have watched the manager of the park working to make this park one of the nicest and most desirable places to be in Merritt Island. The location in addition to the cleanliness and the desire to upgrade the parks overall look and overall living has made it a great place to live at a very affordable price. This is a great community that offers more than just a place to live!!!!!!!

We moved back into MIVR for a 2nd time last year. This was due to the fact that Chuck, the manager, has done an awesome job in maintaining the park but more importantly, giving it the uplift he has done. It is definitely managed much better than before, more eye appealing. Still the best location and best value in Merritt Island. Close to beach and shopping, pleasant neighbors and managed by a person who cares for the residents

US Marine corps Veteran....high credit score over 800, great references, on the application it asks if you own a motorcycle. I thought that was weird and our application was turned down cause we own a motorcycle.....Told Management it is in storage and it never has to come on their property....He said everyone says that and they still do bring it on the property...ask if there would be any consideration cause I am a Veteran and he said I wouldnt use that card. Really surprised at this whole situation, they knew since day one when I gave them the application and they read it... that we had a motorcycle and never said anything and waited a whole week for us to know that we were denied.....will be praying for them Management and the owners....

My wife and I love living in Merritt Island Village Resort. This is home to us and we plan to live here for a long time. The community is close to stores,beaches and not far from Orlando. Our son was so impressed with the area that he has moved to North Merritt Island from Michigan .We are very fortunate to have a management team that keeps our community safe. The management team is constantly upgrading our community,as we have witnessed in the five years that we have been here. We especially enjoy walking our dogs through the community while waving and saying hi to all of our neighbors. Gathering on our communitys dock to watch Rockets go off and see the beautiful sunsets are also some highlights of the Merritt Island Village Resort community. Come visit the community see for yourself.

Love Merritt island village, we have been here 1 yr +the place beautiful, good people, terry a curtis was a troubled renter, she vandalized property, did nasty things in this park. This hurts us all. Police were called on her many times The manager is excellent.Car.caring responsible woman.ca manager

Park from hell. Joe Martin was a senile, mentally challenged person manipulated by management. A very dangerous man when angry. I rented for 9 months of hell. Worst management in history of my 23 years of renting. Owner supports this hell on earth. Dont walk away from this place, run. Dont even think about buying here. You will have to deal with a psycho sales manager who is sweet as honey one minute and a raving nut case the next. You will grow to hate this park and youll be stuck. You wont be able to sell as the psycho sales manager has the final say as to who buys your property. I know residence who hate this park and live in fear of the sales manager. They feel completely trapped and defeated. Think long and hard before you buy here.

If you enjoy being near the Beach ( Cocoa Beach) this is the place.Outstanding location near all major shopping including Macys, Sears, Pennneys, WalMart, and Publix.Nice fishing dock, laundry and RV parking.Lot rent is $415 month including water, sewer, lawn cutting and trash pick-up twice a week.Be aware that present management leaves a lot to be desired. Not friendly and overly zealous with rules and regulations.Love my Island!!

My name is James Pascuzzi and i deleted my last review because i was very impatient with the staff and my anxiety caused me to make a snap judgement with the things i said in previous review. Both staff members were after all trying help me, but i could not see this as i have given small deposits on other rentals and those funds were never returned. i have trust issues It was a mistake on my part as i was offered part time employment in this community. i screwed up a good opportuniy, and apologise for the misunderstanding James Pascuzziigise
