I live in a townhome so I need monthly service. The only thing the company before this did was spray around a little downstairs but nothing like these guys. They were awesome. He was very thorough in explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what i should expect. He even showed me places to caulk to keep bugs out. I will definitely stick with Green Wing!!

We just started service and made it very clear to call us before showing up to service the lawn. Well we thought we made it clear. They keep showing up without calling. We have had to call several times and always get an apology but then it happens again. We need to to be notified before anyone shows up to our property. We called and asked to speak to the owner and was told he would return the call. He never did. Come on! How hard is it to call first?!?! Save your apologies.

Seems to have eliminated termites with a whole-house treatment at reasonable price.Other ants are gone too.I had to replace 17 feet of wall in garage because I did not keep up with prevention.Inspection found bugs when I sold the house. Wont make that mistake again.Here is the new wall with sprayed closed-cell foam before I finished with chip-board.

We used Greenwing for all our tree fertilizing. We love our wildlife and like that Greenwing is enviromentally conscious. The guys that come out, are all friendly, as is the office staff who answer the phones, they are a pleasure to deal with.On another note: Google is incorrect, this company does not offer mowing services.

Called Greenwing and they got me taken care of right away. They have easy recurring bill pay for April- Novemeber. We got them to come spray for mosquitos and it was the first time since we moved here 2 years ago that I could sit out on my porch without getting eaten alive! Definitely recommend! I had employed Green Wing to perform monthly spraying for insect control. I found that the spraying was not effective unless the spraying occurred in both the inside & outside of my house. They called me to confirm a monthly spraying, and I tell them I wanted to schedule the appointment early so I could let them inside. I had done this previously. They said the tech would contact me to arrange an appointment. The tech DID NOT contact me, and performed the spraying on the outside of my house only against my directions. I called the office and told them this was unacceptable, and I would not pay for that application. Them told me theyd take care of it. They didnt take care of it, and sent me a bill. I notified them that I WILL NOT pay. They continued to send me a bill and ultimately turned the $50 bill over to a collection company.reply: 1st of all, Your policy doesnt out weight a customers directive. You admitted disregarding my wished and performed the spraying to the outside of my house. 2nd, i called the next day as you stated to cancel my service and at no time did anyone offer to come back and spray the inside of my house. 3rd, you admitted that you performed only half of the required service, even after i told you that was unacceptable and still expect to be paid. I hope potential customer read my review and your response and see thru your attempt to spin doctor the facts.

They even came back out and spot treated some problem hot spots! They are genuinely nice when they show up at your house (masked up and wore booties) as well as when you call! Lawn service identified potential problem with new sod (less than 3 weeks old). Called Greenwing. They responded within an hour. Rep was out the next day to examine area and immediately identified issue. Treatment happened the next day. Very responsive.

I called them on a Friday and they said someone will call the day before and be out next week. No one called then someone just showed up yesterday. I work from home and the heads up would have been nice to know.
