I was assisted by a very sweet lady named Lina who works at the Zales in Merritt Island, FL. She was wonderful with me and my family and went out of her way to help us find the item we needed. She worked with us in a timely manner and also made us aware of discounts. I had a great experience with her and will be returning! :)
Mrs. DeeDee wanted to remind me how important it is to schedule cleaning and inspection services. Because I had a 1pm appointment scheduled instead of being in front of my TV watching FOOTBALL would have been way more convenient for me. She almost got to see get angry, but it didnt happen. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Mrs. Dee Dee, your hired!

Horrible experience I already had a ring. Brought it in to get fixed because a diamond fell out after 1 day. Went into this store to see how long it would take to get repaired they said 8 weeks. Smh so instead of waiting I exchanged it for a new ring. Worst experience I’ve ever had were now on six weeks waiting the Merritt island store won’t ever answer the phone. The ring is supposed to be shipped two weeks ago to a store in ny. I’ve called customer service they have no clue where the ring is. If it wasn’t for the girls at the store in ny the ring is supposed to be shipped to I’d have no idea where the ring is at all. Which at this very moment nobody knows where the ring is. Corporate has no tracking number. If this were for me I’d get my money back and never purchase anything from these people again.

Open at 11am? Nope! More like come in at 11 for work and go really slow just to open at 11:45.
The lady with the curly blonde hair was not helpful at all. My purchase did not come out the way it was suppose to and she did not even apologize. Instead she told me to just call the customer service number. Because of her I will not be going back!

My boyfriend bought me a beautiful ring and also purchased the insurance for it. After a little while of having it, there was an accident and it had become damaged, needing to be replaced. Part of my insurance plan was that if the ring was damaged and they couldnt restore it to its original state that it would be replaced with a new one. When we went to pick up the fixed ring it was very oubviously still very beaten up, so we asked for a new one. The women who was helping us was very upset that we didnt want to take home the broken one. She tried to talk us into just taking it home and she just continued to get more angry with us. We werent angry at all, and said nothing to provoke her disgusting behavior. She barked at us: You absolutely destroyed it, and this is the best they could do to fix it! I cant give you another ring! We stayed calm the entire time and reminded her yet again that we paid for the insurance for this exact reason, in case something were to happen to the ring. After that she SLAMMED both her hands on the glass countertop and said fine! Ill give you what you want!After handing me my new ring, she started talking to the other employees about how i was irresponsible and destroyed my jewelry. Then as we were leaving she told me to take care of my things and that i shouldnt have nice things if i cant be responsible. Im 23 years old so maybe that was a reason she thought it was okay to talk down to me. I was so intimidated by her i didnt even think to look at her name tag, i just wanted to get out of there. Ive heard alot of other horror stories about Zales as well, and all around i would consider shopping somewhere else for your jewelry purchases.

This place is okay. They have affordable jewelry and decent protections plans. I had a stone fall out of my ring around the same time that my 6 month inspection was due and they didnt give me a hard time about it, which was nice. Unfortunately, the stone fell out just a few months after I started wearing the ring (Id purchased it a few months before I got married), so that kind of shows the quality of the merchandise. Another thing that really irks me about this Zales is the display cases. They are very run down and just generally look like heck. Everything is tattered, torn, and ripped. Its hard to focus on the beauty of the jewelry, if the holder is torn and mangled.
My wedding ring was purchased from Zales and they helped put together a custom look that turns heads all the time.
Do not purchase merchandise from zales. They do not stand behind their products. My husband bought a pair of earrings for me about a year ago that broke. Zales wants to charge me $46 to repair the clasp!
As far as locations are concerned I am sure this one is no different than others, but Zales in general and the financing company they use are scam artists. The prices are inflated, products sub-par and customer service is luke warm. They will not assist you with any financial or online issues if it favors their bottom line and all they will ever do is apologize for the inconvenience as they take your money. Just avoid them.
