OH MY GOSH!!! If i could leave 5000000 stars i would! The carpet in my two story townhome was DISGUSTING.. full of stains from years of kid spills and dirt and stinky pets. I decided to give this place a try.. went into it with very low expectations as I didn’t think the carpet was even salvageable. When I first called they were super polite, got me in within a few days. Chris called today to give a 15 minute warning (which i appreciate so much) and seriously worked MAGIC! I was not home but my boyfriend even felt comfortable enough to run an errand while he was working. I came home and almost CRIED! I had NO IDEA it would look so good! Stains that have been here for years are gone. It smells wonderful. I am just beyond thrilled. I was mentally prepared to be let down and it is the opposite! Thank you SO MUCH GUYS!!! You have a customer for life and we will be recommending to EVERYONE! I wish I could have hugged Chris. I only wish i had taken before pictures to show how great it really is. Thank you!!!

I needed an appointment right away. They were able to get out that very same day. They gave a 2 hour window of arrival and showed up on time. I was very impressed with the technician he was able to take out a stain another company said was permanent. I was quoted a price before they arrived and it was the same price I paid when they left. I highly recommend this company.

I called John because a coral colored candle was pushed off a nightstand by a phone cord last night at 11:30pm here in Cape Canerval. I knew how to treat it being my X husband does this type of work in Palm Beach Gardens Fl with 5 star reviews. I read Johns reviews and his comments and replys which made a lot of sense being I came from this background. Johns great reviews are TRUE regarding his ability to clean!! John called back immediately, I did send pictures of my damage which I will include. He gave me a time frame 1-3pm being the good guys are busy. He was on time for my tedious process. He knew exactly what to do and explained the process which may smell slightly during the removal of candle wax. Great price! Great work! Thanks John! Nothing left of coral candle, he also cleaned, vacuumed looks perfectly new. Not sure how to post before and after pictures. Thank you for your help in my crisis.

Had both cars as well as the entire house done. One room I figured give cleaning a try before replacing the carpet after an old pet owner roommate moved out, was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Affordable and punctual, definitely will be calling again.

Ive been using CarpetCraft for 13 years exclusively and the dry clean system dries in a matter of hours and the stain removal is amazing! John is always so helpful and has saved my carpets SO many times. Carpet Craft inc. did a great job. Showed up time. Removed all the stains from the carpet. It dried quick ( in about an hour) and smelled good with a pleasant citrus scent. Cleaned and conditioned leather furniture and was one of the only carpet cleaning companies in Brevard county that was able to clean your wool oriental rugs in your home. No need to take them away and bring them back.

CarpetCraft does it all! After they got the stains out of my wool rugs they conditioned my leather furniture and cleaned the grout between my tiles. They are awesome! Highly recommend!

The worst house to take your carpet to be clean. Please avoid wasting your time and MONEY. By the way, we call him nicely to see if he would say maybe I can try to clean it again but Mr. John was the rudest and greetiest man. THE MAN IS A COMPLETE LIER. This is why he comes with discustings things to say because hes just a despicable person.

The worst carpet cleaning company ever he did our office and all he did was spread the dirt around it was the worst job ever the insurance company did not want to pay for it. Do not use this company please save yourself.
