Received a gift certificate for my birthday. Wasnt sure what to expect. Had a couple scheduling issues but Dana was very accommodating and got it worked out. Chauncey was the detailer who did the work and WOW!...my car has Never looked so good! So clean inside and out!! Smells amazing! The polish on the car and the rims is fantastic!! Adam and Dana and staff are very friendly. Chauncey came out all the way to Titusville. He did a great job and for every nook and cranny. They even oiled and shined my engine. I just picked up my 2007 Honda pilot from flawless finish after I was rear ended. The repair job is impeccable! And they cleaned it so well it almost looks new. Great work!

I took my Toyota Highlander to Flawless Finish to repair a deep scratch on the right rear door and quarter outer panel. They were recommended my neighbor who had his black Lexus body damage repaired by them. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I made an appointment and when I took my car to them they were ready for me. They are professional and well organized. It took a week for them to do the repair and I was happily surprised when I saw the car. It looked like it was just out of the showroom. They had repaired the scratch beautifully and also detailed the car. I highly recommend them.

They made my daughters car look brand new! Not only was it convenient as they came to our house, but it was very reasonable and about the same as other car detailers in the area. We will be calling them again for our other vehicles.

Fantastic experience! Stopped in for an estimate. The owner went over the car with me bumper to bumper and asked probing questions such as end goals and expectations for the vehicle use. He quoted me a very accurate and narrow range for repair costs all totaled and out the door. The co-owner was nearby and taking detailed notes of what my expectations were and what the shop was going to deliver, if they got the job. I had done my research, as most people do, before visiting. All of our conversation was very honest, real world and trustworthy by very closely resembling what I had learned on my own diligence. What a relief!Next, I spoke with the co-owner and we picked a time and day that fit into her schedule. When that day came, the shop was expecting my arrival and had refreshed themselves with my file from the initial visit. A technician was ready for my keys and a rough time estimate was given for the work. Everyone must understand, an exact time schedule is hard to pin point before the shop has done any work or had a chance to find underlying gremlins within the scope of work. But, trust me or ask for a tour. Every square foot of the shop is productive so no lazy, lingering cars exist here. Everything seemed to be worked and turned over to the next assembly stage ASAP.I was patient and was given 3 updates during the short time my car was there. On the day of pickup I was phoned and told them that I probably could not make it that day. The response was a pleasant, “ok, no problem but we are finishing and will have it all wrapped up for you by days end”.When I did arrive for delivery I found a beautifully detailed and showroom ready car, with all of my issues addressed! Please, don’t hesitate to stop by and commit to using Flawless Finish. I am a discerning customer and I was delighted from price, to drop off to pick up.
