NOT. trying to pull a fast one on you like a lot of other shops that will take advantage of you by adding items that you dont need. For sake of a quick buck. Like Tire Kingdom... Coming from Iowa just a couple of years ago where I knew the reputable shops, this was a leap of faith based on Google reviews. I had a leveling kit put on my F150 and they gave me good advice on what type not to purchase (polyurethane) and gave me a good price for install. Theyre right on my way to work and I love supporting local businesses. I will be sure to give them work in the future.

Really cool, automotive shop with a lot of history. Theyre a friend of my dads and just recently changed my oil for me. Very kind, warm people and the service isnt over priced. Im lucky its right by my house.

I wouldnt waste my time if you have a lowered vehicle even though they advertise on their website as being able to do lowered cars. Even if you call ahead, make an appointment and tell them you have a lowered vehicle. If I wanted a standard issue toe and go I could had the teenager at a tire store knock that out instead of an alignment specialist that does lowered cars. For the record in case anyone thinks Im talking out my behind - Im a retired ASE Master Auto technician and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant technician. Telling me that the factory doesnt provide adjustment on a custom car requiring custom work isnt providing a solution, again if thats the answer I wanted to hear the teenager at the tire store could have told me that about my alignment.

If you need an honest, great set of mechanics.. This is the place. Reasonable prices, helped me a few times and I wont go anywhere else for my mechanical work done on my vehicle. Id give more stars if it would. 👍💜

I was headed out of town for a family members memorial service when my battery went out the morningI was leavin. I went to Ramseys because I knew they were close, had been in business for long time in our area and I thought were reliable, honest and dependable. I explained the situation to the gentleman that I was headed out of town and why. They looked at my car and determined I need a battery. Which my neighbor pretty much had told me the same thing, when they helped me get it started. I was grateful that they did it immediately but in shock when they told me the price. The charge was $200 for a battery, I said the last battery I bought was $89.95. The gentleman explain theyve gone up a lot. I took what he said, I paid him and thank him for his quick service so I could get on the road. I later called Nissan to inquire why they wouldnt have found my battery issue before hand since I take it for service there due to my warranty. I spoke to my normal service man and I ask him what I would have paid had I bad the time to take it there. He told me $119.00, I was in shock. Ramseys took advantage that I am a female, that I was headed out of town, and had to get on the road. Im thankful for the quick turnaround and service but appalled by how they over charged me.

Have never had such a great experience having my vehicle fixed. They were understanding, honest, dedicated, went above and beyond the typical auto repair shop. Highly recommended, will definitely use their services again! Thank you for all you did for me! I feel confident driving again.

After several poor encounters with bad mechanics who tried to take advantage of me, its nice to finally find somewhere I can trust to take my truck to after work. The mechanics at Ramseys quickly checked my truck after it hit 100k and took care of the check engine light without making up things that were wrong with my old truck. I cant express how thankful I am for the team at Ramseys. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Ive also used Ramsey for alignments, for about 35 years: initially at his old location near the MI Airport (around 1980) on my co-workers recommendation, and continued because he a) does excellent work, b) cheerfully corrects any errors an employee may have made, and c) doesnt gouge his customers. You dont stay in that business for that long if youre not good at it. If youre ever displeased there, talk to John personally and hell fix it

I called and was told it would cost $50 to check the front end and alignment on my 1963 Ford Econoline Pickup. I waited while it was checked. I was told it was all set and that as soon as I replaced tires it would drive as it should. I was surprised that the charge was over $100 but paid it and left. I could not tell any difference in the way it drove but thought tires would solve problem. After new tires, no change. A friend who retired from the tire business looked at it and told me the shims on the front axel were backwards. After changing them there was a world of difference. Apparently whoever worked on it must not have been familiar with this type steering system. In fairness, I did not return because my problem was solved. It was simple and obvious to someone familiar with straight axe front ends. After seeing this review Mr. Ramsey called me the next day. He was very cordial and was intent on making me satisfied. We reaches a satisfactory agreement. I am sorry I did not just give him a call instead of posting bad review. I have no doubt that business subscribes to Old School customer satisfaction which one rarely experiences today. Thank You

Very honest and fair prices. While some mechanics will try to find more problems on your car to repair, these guys are honest & will try to save you money. I will definitely be returning when I have any car issues.

Beware. Takes advantage of unsuspecting people in my opinion. Trusting family member not familiar with mechanic work was charged $190 for literally a 10 minute job and owner recorded our conversation without my knowledge when I called to complain. Recommend finding someone honest to work on your vehicle. Recommend avoiding at all cost.

Came to Universal with kids for spring break 2019 decide to visit NASA for a day so we headed out early. Arrived and realized our Town & Country van was spewing antifreeze. UGH... Decided to not let it mess up are whole day so we stayed till 2pm then searched google for a nearby Auto Repair and so glad we did!! Super fast, Super friendly and HONEST! They had the part ordered and on its way within the first 15 mins, had it completely fixed in 70 mins! WOW.. Once fixed we decided to go visit the famous Cocoa Beach pier, the owner even gave us all the good dos and dont that only locals know for Cocoa.. BTW.. Cocoa was awesome! Pelicans bar and grill was good! One more thing..... The day after we were back at Universal when my 14 year old daughter realized she had lost her glasses but quickly remembered she took them off to fix her her in Ramseys restroom.. UGH.. Wife called and yes they had found them and very graciously offered to ship them home for us. Got home this past Sunday and glasses arrived Monday. They spent $8+ to ship them priority! I recommend this place to ANYONE needed auto repair or just some good local Comradery!! THANK YOU Ramseys for making our family vacation that much better!

Best service in town. Extremely good at alignments and tire service.

We were traveling on a long round trip around the southeast last week, when I drove onto the Kennedy Space Center property and I noticed my 1998 Toyota 4Runner sputter, and realized the alternator had died. I immediately had my family google auto parts and the closest place was Johns alignment service. We had kids and a baby in the car, and were desperately worried about being stuck on the road, even with AAA platinum. We called ahead to Ramseys and barely had enough juice to limp over there, but sat in his wonderful air conditioned waiting room while his staff tended to the alternator. They had the part in minutes and when it arrived, the bad alternator had already been removed. We were able to feed the baby use the restroom, and get on down the road with ease thanks to their friendly and dedicated staff. We also loved their stories and received quite the lesson on history, photography, medicine and precision alignment in the time we were there; and we hope to go back one day to visit (I wont ever wish for an automotive malfunction :) even if the experience was tremendous!). Thanks John and all the guys!

Ive used Ramseys for years for all of my familys cars and weve always received excellent, professional customer service and quality workmanship. I recommend to all my friends and they thank me afterwards.

Bad customer service.When I arrived for my APPOINTMENT, I was blown off and told they wouldnt have time today to work on my custom suspension. I dont understand how aftermarket shocks and springs change the alignment process, nothing changes about how the adjustments are done. According to them it would likely take the whole day sometime in the next week. I was also told that nobody else would touch it, and there was plenty of attitude from the receptionist. These were all lies. I took my car to Trick Pro motorsports, they were awesome to deal with, aligned it correctly in under an hour. If Ramseys would need all day for a 1 hour job, Id say they are either not qualified, or lying to their customers. Either way they dont deserve my money.

Had the ABS system go haywire, and instead of telling me to leave it, make up a story on solving the issue(s), he did the quick fix, and called it a day. I know ... simple thing, but honesty goes a long way :-)

The gent that serviced my car found and fixed the problem within 20 minutes compared to 2 days at another shop that recommended me to Ramseys after multiple failed attempts at determining the issue with my car.
