Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. These people stressed me out beyond belief. The person I talked to was nice and professional, but every conversation was Oh, your insurance was cancelled. Im like Why are you only now telling me this. It happened so many times that I just gave up and called USAA who surprisingly has great rates and awesome customer service.
