Very helpful management, friendly environments. Pleasant location on the canal with beautiful views and sitting area. Very nice pool area where almost never too crowded. Barbecue area with large gazebo. Community is very clean, well taking care off. Close to Walmart and post office services are cross the street. Great choices for bar’s and restaurants on the walking distance. It is a truly treasure.

Love this place, great management. Dinora is amazing and proper. She helps with whatever needs to be done and doesn’t hesitate. There are some silly rules but that’s gonna be everywhere you go. 10/10 love living here

Update after living here for several years:I rate this place as average. Management is not always consistent, sometimes missing their appointments. The area is beautiful, but the apartments are generally outdated because its old construction.Your experience will depend heavily on who your landlord is. I recommend against HavenBrook for failure to perform maintenance in a timely fashion. I cannot speak for other organizations.

Old wore out place. Not worth the money at all. Still looks like the day after the last almost hurricane. Very rude people live and work there. Again, way to much money for a 1 Star living space.

I have been living here for 8 years I live it. The manager is precise. If I have any problems I no she will help me. The only thing I see wrong is the gossip goes around. Fishing, pool gym, washer and dryers what else do u need.

No information given to me at all! Wanted to buy condo and had to get info from someone living there.Girl was evasive and rude. If this is way place is run....I am very afraid to invest here. I had cash in hand.

The location is great and the rent is fair, but watch out for scumbag landlords like Dale Hartzell who takes every opportunity to screw over his tenants and crazy neighbors who dont have anything better to do during the week than wander around the complex looking for something to complain about.

It needs to be 55 an older the way the rules are
