Management is fantastic and caring. There are huge opportunities (for people that know how to work hard), positive and energetic culture, a lot of learning opportunity, and really prestigious clientele.I wish I could still be with this company, but due to family circumstances I had to move away. RUN, dont walk from this company. It is a sales job to get people to sign up for Direct TV subscriptions all day long.They promise that after signing up customers to this, you make money. You don t see that good money. You receive $10 an hour for each appointment-- and hope they do not cancel out. If they do cancel, you will not even recieve the $10. They want to badger your friends, family, acquaintences for Direct TV subscriptions no matter what the cost is to you.Its a scheme-- having people work 6 days a week with customers telling them they are not interested.Its a ponzi scheme .The managers get all the money from the sales, leaving you a lousy $10 for the entire week.

Nice people but wasted my time to Tinley Park,Il to merrillville IL for interviews an no call no response to tell me anything yes no your in, nothing that was very inappropriate an not professional!!! Not to mention my time an gas wasted!!! Smh
