I brought the Ego mover for repair, then I find out the Lowes kept 2 weeks my mover in the store and forgot to give it to Ego pickup driver.Which Ego driver pick up equipment every Monday.So now I have to pay someone else to cut my grass and it cost me 100$. Because simple repair is going to take 1 month.

This is a very nice Lowes. The store is always stocked and the items are high quality. The garden center has a wide variety and they sometimes have $1 flowers. The staff is always nice and most of the checkouts are open.

They bring out and load what you ordered. Make sure to take straps for securing your load they dont provide anything to secure your load. You have to go in store and buy straps.

All around terrible experience ordering a washing machine. I first called to see if a washing machine was in-stock like the website said it was; I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one from appliances ever answered. When I was transferred back to customer service, they hung up on me. Went to the store the next day to purchase the washing machine and the associate was not friendly and acted as if we were bothering him. He said the washer was not in stock and to not listen to what the website says. Fast forward to waiting for it to be delivered, I had to call corporate to get the order status and only then did the store call me to say they received the washing machine late last week and when would I like it to be delivered. When were you planning on telling me you got the washing machine? The people who delivered the washing machine were rude and unprofessional and showed up late. Will never shop at Lowe’s again.

Mostly pleased when I visit but when I was looking for a product to eliminate nutsedge I was shocked that they didnt have anything. I like to one stop shop so although they had my favorite brand of weed & feed I now need to find something to get rid of the nutsedge in my lawn online which will more than likely be from you know who...yep...Amazon...smh!...OMG! Amazon is just taking over the 🌎 and it doesnt help when retailers dont carry in demand products. Overall, I like Lowes Home Improvement (HI) especially since they are unique in reserving parking for veterans 👍👏😉😎🇺🇸. It would be nice if more retailers did that, but that gesture alone makes Lowes HI my goto place for anything I need for my 🏡.

Thank God for Jesse in the flooring department!!! I’d give 1 stars, but this employee was incredible with what he had to work with. 1.) I had an estimate/measurement done…but never received the quote and no instructions on how to move forward, so I called and they told me that I could go and pick out items at the store and they’d give me pricing….so I went in, there were 3 families in the flooring section….and no one to help us…I found a lady and she called Jesse….he is very knowledgeable and kind 2.) The printer didn’t work so he was literally jogging to different departments trying to find a printer that would print, he was a gem. I understood that it wasn’t his fault so I waited patiently for him to find toner so that he could print my contract…. It was truly a disaster…mind you, other ppl had to wait for longer than an hour due to technology issues. All in all, Jesse got 5 stars, for his effort. He eventually just took the toner from another department’s printer to help everyone. He kept apologizing and I reassured him that it wasn’t his fault . Lowes….please make sure your employees have what they need to get the job done…this should be on someone’s checklist. Thanks Jesse for your help!

Worst lowes Ive ever been to. Of course its in the middle of $hitville. No customer service to speak of by most associates. What should I expect given the surrounding area. Find another city with a Lowes. I also dont speak ebonics.

I ordered something online (said they had 2 in stock) drove to the store and guess what.....didnt have it. The staff was nice and canceled the sale......should have just grabbed it on Amazon.

Plenty of inventory but it is difficult to find anyone to assist. Check out was challenging. I needed a price check since the system didn’t reflect a sale which proved time consuming and frustrating. Menards down the street is a totally different and more pleasant experience.

Clean place hard to find staff help in aisles. Items here tend to be higher then menards but less expensive then home depot. However the extra items seem to be at a higher price so buyer beware. Cabinets moderately priced but gouge you on hardware like hinges and handles . If you get stairs, prices for mounts are high, if you get paint, brushes are high, etc..etc.. be careful on home remodels or updates. On a good note they stay pretty stocked.

I celebrate the customer service always off at Lowes. Lowes does a good job at standing behind their products have shopped with the Lowes for over 15 years now thanks Lowes.

Low amount of grill replacement parts available, to start, even though the grill that corroded was bought just a year or two ago from this exact store. So then we decide to purchase a higher quality grill from this establishment and have it built and delivered, only because the website said we couldnt do a store pickup. Upon which we were told a delivery date of the 26th until 4pm. We stayed home all morning awaiting delivery and waited until about 6:30pm before calling the store. Once we finally reach a representative, we get told we would have to wait two weeks for assembly! We were being charged an additional 85 dollars for assembly and we have to wait two weeks??? The whole purpose of purchasing a new grill was for a birthday party on the 2nd and the 4th of July. Needless to say, we had to cancel the order and find accommodations with another hardware store. Not even a sorry given from anyone at Lowes. Highly doubt we will ever make another purchase with this company due to their lack of compassion and product availability.

The only store that has veteran parking at the front of the store, and does military discount year around. They are very helpful. Sometimes it hard to find the person that work in the areas. I blamed this on covid and, their not being enough workers.

Went to window shop& price compare for a refrigerator a torn, & possibly a stove. I was disappointed that there w a d very little choices .I checked St Menard which had even less of a choice. The best varieties was at Home Depot. I was looking for the, ;LG: French door RefrigeratorAnd the LG stove 5 burners. I saw a bench with table but they were out. I did like there patio sets as t Loers..

I have had such a bad experience with Lowes and their 3rd party delivery service. On April 25, 2021, I purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and I am still dealing with major issues. I first was delivered a refrigerator with a huge long crack inside the freezer. I called Lowes within minutes after the delivery and the appliance rep Nick G. told me that particular refrigerator was on back order for a couple of weeks. I went to the store about 45min later and spoke to supervisor Stephanie and she said they had some in the back. I have no idea why this rep would lie??? A new delivery date was set up and during this time I found my brand new microwave to be defective. I had to take off of work for someone to tell me that the microwave was indeed defective and Lowes would contact me to set up a delivery date. I had to reach out to them a week later, because no one called. May 16th my new refrigerator was delivered, and during the delivery my door jam was ripped off by them and the rude delivery guy tried to argue with me in my home, and said it was like that already. I again went up to Lowes with pictures the very same day and Brian (supervisor) told me that a Maggie or Maria will be calling me from JB Hunt (the delivery company) to follow up about fixing my door. I was back at Lowes on Friday evening May 28th and spoke to Stephanie again, she said she would reach out to Maggie by email again. I still have not received a call. My microwave was supposed to be delivered today June 1st, just spoke to a representative Anthony, from the delivery company telling me the microwave wont be in for another 2 weeks. So I took off from work for absolutely nothing. I just want my door fixed and my new microwave. Lowes have left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Each big box has different items. Menards has the biggest selection, but Lowes has more unique styles of chandeliers. Quality is very good. If you like the look of the chandelier lit up on display make associate look at display and get you the same bulbs or it wont have the same effect. We used 6 GE LED 40W EQUIVALENT. Clear bulb with goldish filament to get the candle soft glow. Also bought a new dimmer switch.

This is the top of the line home improvement store to me. You get what you pay for 60% of the time.

The store is okay BUT Dont DARE toUse Lowes/Synchrony....They can hold your money up to 21Days.Electronic Payment can be held for over a week. They dont want you pay your bills in full.And the account managers Are the most terse people to try to deal with.God forbidden you ask where and whenYour five day ago electronic Payment is...They will bang your credit...

This location has gotten worse and worse over the years. At this point you cant get anyone to help you that has any knowledge of anything. I bought a dishwasher last October with installation. The installer came out and said we needed an electrician to move the power line and they couldnt do the install. We paid a company to come out and move the electrical and hook up the dishwasher (at a much higher price than Lowes installation). When the other company came out they said there was no reason to move the electrical and there was no reason why Lowes couldnt do the install. My wife and I had a feeling at the time that the Lowes installer didnt want to deal with it because he was running late and it was after 6pm when he showed up. I also bought a John Deere riding mower with a grass collector bag. Lowes delivered it and I had them assemble it. I literally drove it for the first time a grand total of 10 feet before the grass collector fell off the mower. Called Lowes who said they couldnt come fix it and for me to return it or FIX IT MYSELF. They literally said that. I returned it, bought a new grass collector from a John Deere store and found out that Lowes had several pieces missing that hold the grass collector on the mower. OK got that fixed, mow my grass and EVERY time I turn off the blades on the mower the belt falls off. LOLOLOL. Now I am in the process of returning the riding mower.

A decent store as compared to most Lowes locations. Some locations dont seem to put the customer first. While we had an issue checking out because we used an in-store return card which wasnt on line for some reason it was resolved quickly and they were nice about it.

Worst place ever Took me 10 minutes to even find someone to ask them if they had it in stock because online it said that the store had several he said he’ll be right back 15 minutes go by and still had not returned.I go up front and ask for a manager they ask why and I tell them I need assistance in the back they page the manager on intercom. I walk back and wait another 10 minutes I hear on intercom manager page again. The guy finally comes back and says they have two. Needless to say the manager never came and it took an hour and a half to get the microwave

Good service, many selections, and average prices.

Clean and well assorted but the staff seemed clueless. Was sent across the store 3x and ended up finding it elsewhere. No one had any intent to help find. Also, at the registered they didnt even know what blocks I bought. I told them they were wrong and overcharging and they made up an answer to dispute it. I went and look pics of SKUs and prices and showed them, thats when they confirmed the mistake.NO ONE wanted to just go look.

Occasionally when we did see an employee they were busy and said they would be right with us apparently there right with us and my right with us were two different things now I remember remember why I go to Menards and Home Depot instead.

The garden center is supposed to be open till 7PM, but they lock the gate at 4PM. You have to take your garden stuff inside the store and they only have 1 register open. Going someplace else from now on.

On 1/8/21 hired them to install new flooring. They screwed up the 1st install, so they had to come out,tear it all up and reinstall. I required their inspector to stay and watch these guys,which he ended up doing all the patching and leveling that was needed. If these workers were so skilled, why didnt they know to do this? Then they did the 2nd install, broke a cabinet plate, hooked up the water to my fridge wrong, so it flooded the new flooring, which Hopefully its all fixed now,and the floor still needs some fixing up, but after almost a month of them inconveniencing me,i need a break. They couldve atleast gave me a nice gift card after all this, but nothing, and all they say is atleast theyre coming out to attempt to fix it. They have to!!!! And why have they done the job wrong twice and done damage??? This is horrible business. I definitely wouldnt hire them,they actually hire all this out to a 3rd party, and obviously they choose poor contractors and have horrible customer service. The gentleman in the flooring department, in the store are fantastic, but installation sucks. No compensation after this freaking nightmare of a month
