Michelle and Nick was awesome. Michelle was very friendly and made my experience their comfortable. Her attitude was great and she explained everything I needed to know. Nick didn’t have me wait long at all. If you are in the area go check them out. Aw and did I mention I didn’t even set up an appointment which was even better!!!!

3 years after service(root canal in 2018), Im receiving outstanding bill in excess of $250+ for services I paid cash for day of, and my insurance covered almost everything. Called billing department, and told I will be called back when they have the information. Shouldnt they have the information to send me a bill? Especially when the services were that long ago? Thankfully my insurance keeps good record, as do I. Unacceptable.I had ejoyed the dentist, Dr nick, but stopped going to practice over another dentist. Also had an issue going to the Munster office during the root canal procedure, theyre now trying to bill me for again, because my temp filling for root canal was rubbing. The DA, apparently couldnt tell the difference between a porcelain crown, and a temp filling. They drilled on my porcelain crown, and now you can see the metal showing on that. I shouldnt have let it go then, but i will be seeking some form of resolution for their errors, and my time and burden.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! It’s called urgent dent for a reason. Not for you to call and then they say if you can walk in we have no openings but we might get to you in 4 hours! Ya not a place to go if you are in real pain like I am today. I took my business elsewhere. This place can go to hell!

I like doctor Nick he is really good and listens very well to his patients and what’s going on. I had quite a bit of extractions him and this lady doctor helped I think her name was Elizabeth but if you are going to pick a location to go to I recommend this one. Not to fond of the one in Munster it felt rushed and like they were not listening at all. I’ll stick with the Merrillville office.

Went in for an emergency consultation, and the staff where nice.A few months after this consultation, I tried to call their billing department to make a payment, and they didnt answer the phone. I called a total of 9 times, over two days. They where open according to their business times, but they failed to answer the phone a single time. I called at multiple times of day, hoping to catch a person eventually. I even tried different departments, or waiting for the front desk to answer the endlessly ringing phone. Not once did a person answer. Pathetic.How is this any way to run a business?

Called ahead to ask if they take walk in for my 6 year old. He had terrible tooth pain and the lady who answered said I guess we do. So when we got there the lady at the front counter said they do no pediatric care? Just terrible..

Called the Merrillville location Monday morning and had an appointment later that evening. Showed up 20min early and was seen 10min after my scheduled time. I didn’t have insurance so they told me the cost for my wisdom tooth removal. It was under what I had imagined it would cost. The prices are fair. If you have one tooth driving you crazy it’s unlikely a visit here will break the bank. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing urgent attention. I hadn’t seen a dentist in years but was taken care of. I seen Dr Alba. Her and the hygienist were awesome. Both women were professional and kind during the whole process which took almost less than an hour. I’ll be going back to continue my dental care now that I know it’s affordable.

Had bad dental experiences? Afraid to go to the dentist? They have the most caring, and compassionate staff ever. I had tooth pain for a while that wouldnt go away. Finally went to their office in Merrillville on a Saturday as a walk in. They were able to see me between patients with appointments quickly. Michelle, and Dr. Nick helped me with a broken tooth. They were so kind, and Michelle listened to my fears, and negative experiences, and worked with me to make the experience comfortable. I have come back for the really positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks to the staff, and Dentists, I appreciate this dental office so much. Highly recommend.

I walked in with no appointment and dealing with the worst nerve pain from my wisdom tooth. While dental work is never fun, I have to say this was the best experience Ive had at a dentist office. The dental assistant was very sweet and the doctor was great! He explained the process step by step and did everything to make sure I felt no pain. In the end he had to tell me he got the tooth out because I couldnt feel it!! Im now a forever customer here and look forward to taking my family here as well. Would 100% recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

As soon as I called them they got me in within a few hours. The front desk was super nice. The dentist that seen me was very kind...very knowledgeable and Quickly got me in to let me know I have an infection. She gave me antibiotics and I was able to pick them up within the hour thank you so much and I will be back!

The lady was horible she pulled out a bone in my mouth and she didnt know how to take my tooth out she kept asking for different tools and all i wanted was for her to take my tooth out

The receptionists here are useless. They don’t even call you to tell you you’re out of network. Instead they let you drive 40 miles to get there only to find out you have to pay cash. The dentist here is great but the staff needs to get a clue.

Every time I go into the office they make me feel comfortable and if in pain they help right away. Dr Alba is the best doctor Ive ever had and her assistant Emma also explained everything and made me so comfortable. Thanks for being so nice. Wont go anywhere else. Also when getting teeth pulled its nice they numb you before the shots

I just went to Urgent Dent for a wisdom tooth removal, Dr. Nik was great! I didn’t felt 0 pain, he was very informative on what he was doing and eased my fears a lot . I’ve decided to use Urgent Dent as my regular dentist because everyone I’ve encountered there is super friendly and caring.

Went to the Munster location. They were able to take my mom in asap and Im very grateful for that! Front staff was very nice. The staff was able to break down the chargers and explain all the fees. My mom and I had many questions about the procedure she needed (root canal involving a bridge) The amazing Dr Singh and wonderful assistant Emma were VERY patient, thorough, honest and respectful. We were not rushed at all, and Thank you so much for that. Dr Singh is very knowledgeable, professional, extremely patient and such a nice sweet doctor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist. Emma and Dr Singh explained everything during the procedure step by step, keeping my mom comfortable and informed. Dr Singh you are one of the nicest doctors I have met, Thank you so much. And Emma Thank you for your help and kindness. Great service great staff 👍👍👍👍👍Highly recommend!

Dr. Alba is awesome. I am usually terrified of going to the dentist. She pulled my tooth without any pain at all. Just a pinch when I got numb. The staff is nice and the office is clean. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took time to listen to my concerns and took care of me fast. She’s great!

I had two teeth on the same side that needed to be extracted and was in tremendous pain! So I came in on a late Tuesday afternoon and was in and out within an hour!! The ladies at the desk were welcoming & professional and Dr.Wardak was amazing it was tough to get the teeth out but he was gentle patient super nice and knowledgeable! I would not recommend this dentist at all. This is a review Im writing a few weeks later now. they did a root canal a few weeks ago and now the tooth just completely broke. I should have known when it felt pain ever since I left. I told them it hurt, they told me to take motrin. Now it is completely broken out. I have a hole in my head. Thanks for nothing.

I had severe pain in my mouth from chipping a tooth. I walked in and was greeted by Nancy so politely. Great customer service. I was able to go back to get assistance quite fast especially for a walk in. The dental assistant Carolina was so great. She made me feel comfortable and very please with my experience there. Personality was great, very warming. The dentist seen me and told me what the issue was. I had to get a root canal and the next day I came back and they fixed my tooth. Dr. Wardak was great and was able to get the whole procedure finished in one day just under a couple hours. I would recommend this office to everyone. My family will start coming here!! Thank you

This is my third dentist with in the last year. I can honestly say this will be the only place my family and I will go from here in out. From the minute I walked in and met Nancy and Julie I was at ease with how friendly and helpful they were. It just kept getting better when I was paired with Debbie. She was hilarious and we actually laughed a ton. I met Dr. Stojkovich he was extremely professional and thorough. Taking time to explain everything. While I was getting my root canal my wife was also with me getting hers. I cant speak highly enough about this place. So happy we found them. I will only come here from here in out. Cost of my root canal with Delta insurance was $316! Customer for life.

Dr. Djorovic and his staff are all GREAT!! They all have a lot of patience and explain procedures with details. Dr. Djorovic treated my elderly parents and he and his staff have been Awesome with them. The fact that they have Bilingual Spanish staff is also a huge plus! I dont think Ive met a single staff member that was not cordial! Would Highly Recommend this Dentists office!!

I got an appointment here 100 times faster than if I would have tried to get in to my regular dentist office.They told me over the phone how much it was going to cost, I arrived early, got called to the back right on time I was scheduled, i had a tooth extraction that went painless & super fast. I was out in about 30 minutes and I ended up paying almost $100 less than I was told.The staff and the office are nice, This place is very clean, high end, nice set-up.I would recommend that if you are in pain, call ahead and book the closest appointment and secure your spot, so much easier than walking in and not knowing what to expect. I called 2 days in advance and when I was in the waiting room there were about 10 people there waiting.

A month ago i went n got some fill in and one of the dentist did it wrong so i called n told the people at the front n they had me come back in to get it shaved down some because the lady didn’t shave it down right ...now my tooth won’t stop bothering me! I can’t eat nothing hot cold or sweet on the left side of my mouth!!! Don’t go to this dentist

Dr. Wardack did a superb job on my root canal. He was very compassionate and caring. His assistant on the other hand was horrible. While filling the hole from the root canal, she kept hitting my good teeth with the metal dental tools, 6 or 7 times. Then replied, I keep forgetting there are other teeth since I am just focusing on one. Really? She roughly jammed the X-ray bite piece in my mouth multiple times. I told her to push bite block back to open my mouth further in order to stop hitting my teeth. Then to top it off, while she was doing the filling part, her hair was in my face. I thought they were supposed to wear the caps to cover their hair? Dr. Wardack was excellent, but if Carrie has to work on you, run like the wind.

Dr. Wardak does a fantastic root canal! He easily cleaned the calcified roots that had made two other dentists turn my husband away. And they have great hours! Meaghen is a whiz with insurance questions, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Will surely go back!

After my son broke his tooth in during volleyball match at his school, we rushed to UrgentDent near his school. The experienced team at UrgentDent calmed us down and quickly stopped the bleeding from his mouth. In my opinion, UrgentDent is the best services for emergency dentistry in Merrillville.

I love this place. I went in last week in excruciating pain and Dr Wardack took care of me instantly giving me a root canal. He and his assistant made me feel so comfortable. I cant remember her name but she was super funny. The staff was nice as well. I went back yesterday to get a second one done and once again he had done an amazing job. I was so comfortable that I feel asleep in the chair! His assistant Elviro was awesome as well. She made sure I was comfortable and she was funny. Im so satisfied with the work that was done and Im glad to have found a new dentist!

I never wouldve expected a dentist (or any type of medical facility) to be so absolutely caring about my situation. I walked in there after being up for 5 straight days in the worst pain Ive ever been. Id never been there before but I went and was completely impressed. Not only was their work second to none, but most importantly, they cared more about fixing my problem than anything else. It was absolutely amazing and Ive never had such a great experience at a dentist. They put my health and getting me out of pain above everything else. These people really care about their patients and not just a payday.. I really believe they are the bar that is set for every other dentist office ti (attemot) to reach. Ill be GLAD to go back if/when I need them again and I wont be waiting 5 days next time.

Urgentdent is great! I went in as a walk in to get my wisdom checked out due to pain and a chipped tooth. I was seen promptly. The dentist Dr. Nik gave me the option to pull my tooth the same day or to take antibiotics and return. I chose to have my tooth removed and he pulled it immediately. My extraction was pain free and quick! Dr. Nik was kind with great bedside manner. Also the dental assistant Carolina was so nice. She eased my nerves and reassured me that she will hold my hand throughout the process because I was really nervous at first. After my oral surgery was over, I had no pain and I healed up really well with no complications. Dr. Nik and Carolina was so great that I chose to make Urgentdent my new dental home.

My Doctor is Doc Marc and I have to be honest, we had a little bump in the road but he has done everything a Doctor should do and he has been a great source of knowledge and has done everything in his power to make me feel safe and in good hands. Dr. Mark and Mikie were amazing! They were so compassionate and caring, while I was in dental despair. Dr. Mark took his time explaining my options and explaining the procedure I had done. I have never had that much fun “sitting in the hot seat”. Between jokes and good listening music, my procedure went by quickly and without pain. I will definitely be coming back to the Merrillville office from now on.

Excellent same day emergency care… My child hurt his tooth during a basketball match at school. The team at UrgentDent took immediate care of his condition and relieved his pain with proper medications.

Love this dentist. I felt safe and informed the entire time. Had a completely painless tooth extraction. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable from the time of booking to check out. Soooo wish my insurance was covered by them because a great desntist is hard to find. You can tell the staff work amazing together. Keep up the awesome dental work guys!

When making my appointment I let the receptionist know it was a urgent matter and still didn’t get an appointment until 2 days later. Finally get to the appointment and all the “doctor” did was look at my teeth, basically a consultation. Not what I expected at all. I had to make a follow up which is more than 2 weeks from today in the meantime I’m supposed to just take medication and wait. I’m am disappointed, period. I hate I moved out of state, my old dentist handled everything in 1 visit and if she could’t it wasn’t 2 weeks worth of space in between appointments.

Very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Broke a tooth and they took me right away. Facility clean and well kept. Will be returning for follow up and cleaning. Ive found myself a new dentist( Dr. Zarina)!

They fit us in the same day we called and were super accommodating for being out of network! Broke it all down for us and the staff is AWESOME!

Told us their computers were down and they couldnt process the insurance so we needed to pay cash and they would reimburse us. 2 years later and it still hasnt been turned in and we cant get a returned call back. Everytime I would talk to someone they would say just give it a few more days to clear the insurance company. They are terrible to do business with.

Urgent Dent got me in the same day I called within the hour. I have always been so afraid of dental work due to some past experiences, but Dr. Wardak and Martha helped me relax and took care of my problem fast, with options, and complete explanations. Martha was so sweet, compassionate, intelligent and just an overall good natured human. Dr. Wardak was very comforting, nice and knew what he was doing. They really made my experience so much easier, considering the discomfort and nervous state I was in. The whole procedure was so fast and efficient. I was so surprised with how fast and organized they are. I also recommend their dental service plan. It will honestly end up savimg me a lot of money in the future considering some of the work I need done, I never buy into programs like these but in my opinion its well worth it. I dont post many reviews, but this facility definitely deserves it. I highly recommend them!

I had a cleaning done here they were very nice and great at what they do. Very polite staff and my hygienist was wonderful .

If you want a dentist who cares, DO NOT go here. We had a dental emergency, a crazy bad abscess and they were the only place open on Saturday. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked when we could expect to be seen. The receptionist told me their system was down and they were waiting to see if they could get back up. I asked if the dentist could please just examine my son since the abscess was so incredibly obvious. We knew he would probably need a course of antibiotics before treatment so first things first, he needed antibiotics. She told me they wont see him without an xray, saying it is illegal for them to prescribe without first doing an xray. Since I know that is a lie, I called her on it and she back peddled and said it was office policy. Whatever. With the level of infection so close to the brain, the dentist refusal to at least examine was negligent. Yea, I understand x-rays are a profit center but there should be a point when a health care provider cares about the well being of their patient above profit.

Low class reception, low class people. I never got to the dentist thanks to the unntelligent being working patient intake telling me my insurances would not cover the exam because I had been to the dentist three or four times. I would not send a dog to that place. All for-profit schools should be age restricted. Those women were straight out of the Jerry Springer Show audience. They probably called one of those numbers advertising for schools while watching the show. I would not give this place one star.

ORIGINAL: I probably hate the dentist more than anyone but I am growing to love this place! Everytime i have a prompt appointment and a pleasant experience. My smile is back on point because of your attention to detailUPDATE: i made this review after a request from them personally to leave a 5 star and i thought i had received that quality care. Was i wrong! i am still under going treatment to fix whatever they did to my mouth. I received 3 fillings on one side and experienced extreme sensitivity afterwards, I waited about a month and then went back after none of the pain subsided. They checked on the fillings an couldn’t find any issues and insisted sensitivity is normal. Flash forward 5 months and 2 dentists later, and I am still in pain and now i have to wait to have these fillings REDONE. I haven’t drank or ate anything using the right side of my mouth for 6 months now because of this facility. To top it all off, i have only gone to this place for my cleanings the last 2 years and my dentist now inquired where i have been going because my cleanings were obviously not thorough enough. Maybe this facility works well for legit only urgent care but anything basic, find a trusted dentist. I will not be returning to this center no matter who they have working there.

THEN ALL THE CEMENT NOT EVEN CLEANED UP. MIND YU WHEN DR SINGH DID IT EVRYTHING WAS JUST FINE SO NOW MY MOUTH UNCONFORMABLE. THEN WEN IM READY TO LEAVE I GET ALL THESE SUPRISES CAUSE THEY NEVER WENT OVER WITH ME MY TREATMENT PLAN THAT DAY. AND I COULDNT SLEEP LASTNIGHT & IM IN PAIN & I GT A ROOT CANAL & DR.WARDAK DIDN’T PRESCRIBE ME NO MEDICATION EVRYBDY WAS TRYING TO GET OUT THE DOOR I GUESS LIKE IM SO BLEW & IRRITATED MY LAST ROOT CANAL NONE OF THIS HAPPENED 🤦🏾‍♀️

Go early in the morning if you want care. Otherwise they won’t spend much time with you to determine what’s really going on. And an infection in a tooth does correlate with your sinus and breathing. Even though they say it doesn’t.

My cleaning was done by Hygienist Pamela she did a great job with makin me a new clean smile!! Wonderful, clean, and welcoming office! Oh and best no pain!!

I received a repeat (having initially paid cash and walked in for warranted repair) anterior filling by Carolina Chile and was seen by Dr. Stojkovich. My initial filling was done by Mikie and Dr. Stojkovich in December 2017. I walked in today, 3/26/2018 for repair on my filling done in December, I absolute love the treatment I received by Carolina and Dr. Stojkovich today. Carolina has the absolute best attitude and bedside manner. She was genuinely concerned about by future eating habits in order to help me care for my filling. Carolina Chiles cosmetic ability is fantastic. I would recommend Urgent Dent to all my friends and family. Thank you so very much!!!

Totally unprofessional. Door and recording state the business opens at 9am. I stood outside waiting for service, finally someone answered the phone after 15mins. They dont open until 11am!? What kind of hours is that for an urgent care facility?

Best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Going to the dentist has always been nerve wrecker for me. Today I had to have a root canal and it was the easiest and most painless appointment I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Marc Stojkovich and he will be my doctor from here on out. He explained every step of the procedure in detail and was very caring my pain level (which was zero.) If you are like myself and the dentist is the last place you want to visit, Dr. Stojkovich will make your experience feel like stroll in the park. The staff were very polite from the moment I walked thru the door. Nancy made me feel at home being a wonderful receptionist. The assistant to the Dr Michelle made the visit very fun and enjoyable. I had to try my hardest not to laugh and talk while having my mouth worked on lol. And last but certainly not least Dr. Warda was like a magician meaning I didnt feel a thing and didnt know a root canal would only take like ten minutes. Keep up the good work everyone at urgentdent even if I didnt give your name good job. I definitely will be going back

Very skilled and very thorough my family and i decided to use him over our oral surgeon for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction he is very caring as well as his staff Jasmine and Debbie the surgery went so well all that was needed for pain was Motrin! Dr. Wardak has gifted hands! Great bedside manner. Very caring about my familys comfort and concerns! Thank you again Dr. Wardak and all urgent dental staff!

Went in yesterday to have a wisdom tooth pulled wasted my time as they said my tooth needed pulled but they couldnt do it but I made a phone call today and they want the other doctor to pull it that makes no sense why waste someones time when Im already in pain I would not like a huge run around then to be told that i said I wanted knocked out for it to be pulled is a lie horrible service because clearly I know what I said
