Jeff was great start to finish. He had our interests in mind and never oversold us. Price was great and they installed the lift quickly. The lift is functioning perfectly and is of the highest quality. Installing this lift has enabled my mom to keep her dignity because she can still live in her house comfortably for a longer period of time because she can still bathe and bathroom. Its also a lot easier on the backs of caretakers.

The whole experience from the first consult to date of install was Very courteous and they all wore masks and foot coverings, my straight up and down install was done under three hours and they sanitized everything when they were done . We were Happy we did not have to go To Chicago for our chairlift so glad this company is in Merrillville just in case there’s any upkeep that needs to be done. Working with 101 mobility was an extreme pleasure. We were faced with a difficult situation requiring more than one chair as well as ramps. They quickly put together a plan for multiple chairs as well as for ramps both inside the house and outside the house so that my wife, confined to a wheelchair, could have access to all parts of the house as well as the backyard. Needed a stair chair lift in a town home. It was recommended that I replace a winder step at the bottom with a regular step, creating a sufficient landing for a chair....but I had difficulty finding a company that would come out (from Illinois) to take a measurement or even advise me if it could be done. Two companies would come if I paid an up front estimate fee..!!, but still offered off the wall estimates over the phone..?!Scrolling around I found 101 Mobility RIGHT HERE IN NORTHERN INDIANA. Jeff came right out to take a look and provided afree estimate. Took photos to make sure the landing remodel would work. I was able to go to their showroom in Merrillville to see and ride the chair !! and I even got a discount for doing that....and now... Over the top experience .We had a stair lift installed, they were very knowledgeable with no high pressure gimmicks. The custom installation exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them hands down.

This is by far the best business to use for your mobility modifications.Jeff, JB & Brandon are by far the best people to help you figure out what is best for you, your family and your home.We decided (in Northwest Indiana, with all the ice & snow storms), to 101 Mobility install the Stair Lift in our utility room between our garage & kitchen. That way, we went from the garage into the house. At no time did our family member or caregiver have to transition from a vehicle to the house in ice and snow storms.The stair lift looks nice and there is plenty of room for me to walk around the stair lift to do laundry & go in and out of the garage.The decisions needed to be made to accommodate someone with a spinal injury are overwhelming. It started out as a quick search for information online, followed by a quick return call from JB and a scheduled home visit from Jeff. I can’t say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and kindness shown to our family by JB and Jeff in our hope to bring my Mom home for visits. They took the time to get to know our situation, explaining options and offering solutions from both a product and financial perspective. Jeff made a visit to the house and again took time to ask about our needs and to offer support for what we are going through. I signed the contract and scheduled the installment for a chair lift. My Mom took a significant decline in health only a few days later and it became apparent we were not going to be able to bring her home at this time.
