Called about a part, they said they had it in stock. I asked if they would sell it over the counter, cash, without an account. They said yes. I drove 45 minutes to the store from Rensselaer to find out they wouldn’t sell to me without my certification card, which I did not have on me. That is information that should be given when someone calls. So I spent an hour and a half on the road to get nothing. Also, it is an electrical furnace part which is not regulated by the epa. The guy at the counter had seemed like it was an inconvenience that he had to deal with a customer. I would recommend going anywhere but here.
