I went there for years and was very happy. When I went the other day they ripped the mirror off of my door. The guy that worked there admitted that it was their fault but the woman behind the counter, I later found out her name is Jen or Jin and was in her late 60’s, was rude and even though I started out very nice she was rude and defensive immediately. I will never go back here again. For a $60 fix I would have continued to be a loyal customer. As it is they not only lost me but my friend who was with me and I am giving bad reviews anywhere I can.

The employees here really put in their best efforts to make sure the cars they wash sparkle and shine, inside and out. Everybody there was extremely friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this carwash to my family, friends, and coworkers. I will be going back as soon as the bugs go splat and mess up my shiny ride. Im no Cisco and Ebert, but I give this carwash two thumbs up! 👍👍

Employees are quite professional, friendly and very detailed in their work. We found it refreshing to find an old-fashioned car wash, instead of having to use one of those chain outfits.

I get my car washed here all the time. Mike is my favorite. He hasnt been there lately because of family issues and I hope that he comes back soon

Don’t waste your time and money going to this place. Was not happy with service at all and to top it all off they scratched my wheel as they were moving it into the rails. Never again.

Great car wash the people are always hard working and do a great job

Had my mats cleaned, paid 6.00 to have them rinsed off. One had done sticky spots on it and they were still there. There were water spots on my windows, the interior was not cleaned good and the cloth used was shedding. Was supposed to have air freshener did not smell it at all.

Service is good but hours are not accurate. I went there multiple times and they are closed even tho online and door hours say open.

Wish they had brushless car was too.

Went here paid full price for best wash inside and out, the cleaned the outside broke my rear view camera and said they couldn’t take care the issue my car cup holders Were not cleaned floor was still dirty and the guy drying my car had a attitude about me saying something to him about my camera I’ll stick with crew car wash unlike this place they stand by there name and never give me issues this place stucks

Great friendly staff! Came in for Detailing and it was very easy and quick to setup. I told them what I want and they gave me very reasonable prices! I apologize, as I forgot the names of the 2 guys who took care of my car, but they did a stupendous job! I actually bought a second pair of hubcaps because of how bad they were, but they made them look like brand new! Wonderful experience

Some workers have attention to details others not so much.

Owner talked me out of hand wash to save money and time because machine wash actually looked good and didnt damage my vehicle. He was not concerned with the money. I received a wash and tire polish just to try the service!

Most of the time they do a good job. With my truck they seem to do a lot better when my husband takes it or he is with me. Unfortunately, you have to almost stand on top of them for them after your vehicle comes out to be dried and dressed for them to do what you pay for .

A wonderful place to get a quality car wash! Place thats located right in the community centrally located good pricing scheme for cars decent pricing for trucks someplace that I would recommend. Ask for their Rewards program and make sure they have cards on site in available for anyone who signs up for the program.

For 13.00 my car came out not as good, the wash was a 2 but cleaning on the inside was terrible, had to have guy clean some of the inside again. I will not make a big deal but Ill not go back again. Do tip before you check you car out.

Paul the owner is a great guy and runs the only car wash I would bring my car too. Top notch place that does everything from complete details to a basic exterior wash only and his entire staff does great work. Highly recommended

We took our Durango in for a complete detail (interior and exterior). They had us bring it in by 9 am and said it would be done by 4. What they were able to accomplish in that span of time is nothing short of a miracle! We spend a lot of time in the car running around with three boys and it wasn’t a pretty sight when we dropped it off. Along with doing a great job, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! We will gladly be taking our vehicles to Mr. Soft Carwash again!

Excellent car wash. Have brought many high dollar vehicles here for washes and they always do a fantastic job with the wash as well as the additional hand dry. The management is always accommodating as well as all the employees. Top Notch 👌

First time I went there I thought the price was high but you sure get your moneys worth have been back a couple times even got a gift certificate for the daughter

Junky, smells like weed, pretty sure they are not putting any soap through their equipment, and manually pull electric mirrors open. When asked what type of chemicals (soap) they put through their equipment the manager couldnt even answer.It felt like a mistake to run my $80k truck through it and it was confirmed once I did. I would not feel comfortable running a vehicle of any real worth through again.

They charged me $18 for full car wash with some other things but they did only normal car wash like $3 car wash other than that they didn’t do anything. I would not recommend this, staff also not that friendly. Waste of time and money. I am very upset because of their service.

One of the employees (John Heston) spit on me as well as kicked my car out of anger while working and I was told that I needed to leave by the manager Shawn because too many people there would go to jail. He did not apologize for the actions of Johnny or offer any help but told me to not call police on his property. John was able to finish his day and seen no immediate reprimand. NEVER GOING BACK!

I truly don’t even want to give this place a star, starting by this might sound like my fault but don’t think it is, I left money from my birthday in a card in the center console of my truck not thinking they clean that out when I get a detail done or to take it out I was kind of in a rush but anywho I pick my truck up and go to tip them from that money and bam it’s gone, I couldn’t go back into the Carwash doors were lock and everyone seem to be gone, so I called and left a voicemail and still didn’t get a call from Paul or anyone! Not a way to handle your business! This was my first and last time I will EVER bring my truck to this Carwash!

Mr soft is the worst car wash I ever had.I paid 200 dollars for my truck to be detailedThey wash my truck and they spray armourall all over the truck. They said they would shampoo the floor and seats and head liner, They did nothing but wash the truck and spray armour all all over the truck . Lost my maps and engine cover as well!! You dont spray armour all on tires!! Tire shine should of been sprayed on I went back to tell the manager to look at my truck and He was a real ass about it! He didnt do nothing but call the police onI cant believe that a business would do this .the next day the truck looked like it was never waxed or buffed at all. What can i do but take them to court....oh yes they sprayed something on the dash and the back seats that turned the back seats with white spots all over and the dash.i well update this after count. If you love your car like i do i wouldnt take your car or truck there. I would give zero stars !

Paid to have floor mats cleaned they only cleaned one floor mat on the driver side .Very rude, rough looking and unprofessional workers. Left crumbs all in my seat. Did not vac seats at all. Owner gave me free car wash for my inconvenience. But I dont want a bad car wash for free. Will not be returning

Racist as hell, i slend almost 250 bucks a week getting washes there, i use 3 guys that know my vehicle and are very good at cleaning, but this day none of them was available so i tippes one of my regular guys to come up and do my rims, the owner comes out saying you cant do that, i said wait i dont want this new guy doing my car just yet, he needs a lil more training so the owner just started telling me i dont have the right to pick who i want to wash my car, it got really heated to the point where i was the one who called police, they came and turned on me like i was the victim, merrillville is racist, the cops were racist, the owners and receptionist are racist, the only reason why i continued to go was because there were good at washing, but man i never thought il ever experience this type of customer service in my life..... horrible additudes. IF YOUR BLACK DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW

We have to tell them to wipe the inner doors and steering wheel, center console, dash, etc. They used to be required to do that but now its inexperienced people.
