Cody Spear was my attorney for my divorce which ended in January this year and everything was nothing but great if I ever need an attorney ever again I’ll be going back. I was able to get everything I needed for myself and my minor children.

I hired this law firm in May of 2020, for a 30 year old back child support case. My first few conversations with this firm were awesome. Kirk Marin was assigned to my case and he assured me that since the child support order was over 30 years old he could get it eliminated and stop the garnishments. I submitted the $1500 trust to get things rolling, but once they received the money my case went from an easy fix to a non-existing case. They finally came up with a 50% compromise contract from the State of Indiana telling me I had to pay $4000 before Oct. 16, 2020. Once the money is confirmed the garnishment will be removed. This was told to me in Sept. 2020. Guess what people, Im still getting garnished. I had to call the law firm to see what happened and they replied they didnt know. Thats it. I tried several times asking them for my money back in which $758 was remaining in my trust. They would not release the money.The law firm finally sent me a check in Jan. 2021 for $500, what? Wheres the rest of the funds, they charge me an additional $200 just for calling them to ask why Im still getting garnished. THESE PEOPLE SUCKS!!!!They should all be label as crooks, thieves, and liars!!!

My partner and I met initially with attorney Kirk BACK IN dec 2019 and it seemed the process wouldn’t be too complicated for our guardianship petition since both parents are onboard. We thought things might be delayed because of COVID, so we just kept paying our monthly installments. Fast forward to today and I’m asking for a full refund. They have transferred our case from Kirk, to some guy name Cody, only for him to reschedule twice and last time didn’t ever show. We lost 10 MONTHS waiting to hear back only to find out the petition was NEVER EVEN FILED! My nephew has no health insurance on top of so many other things we cannot make any moves on without the legal guardianship paperwork. I’m so upset that we lost so much time with no progress. If you care about your case, take it elsewhere because they don’t care what negative effects their delay causes. Martinez came out to personally apologize but I was not made to feel whole or important. I felt dismissed. So fkn psd.

My rating is negative 10.I TOTALLY agree with Dontae Shepherd, we hired Jason Moseley at least 8 years ago because my son wanted custody of my grandson. At first, it seemed like everything would be okay but then it all went to hell! Jason Moseley would not return our phone calls and when we got tired of it and hired somebody else, he sent us this huge bill. We took out a loan for $5,000 to be used ONLY for evaluations to be done on all family members involved and when we hired the new attorney, this crook kept the $5,000, we never got any of the evaluations done and we still had to pay it back to the loan company. He is a horrible attorney and I would suggest to anybody thinking about hiring him to run away as fast as you can! He is the only lawyer at this firm that I have first hand knowledge of but thats enough for me to give this review. BEWARE!!!!

FATHERS WONT GET JUSTICE!!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but I had to give at least one. They will not maintain contact nor advocate for you. They will not take you serious but they do care about money. I am still waiting to hear from my lawyer, Namie, after leaving messages since December 24, 2015. No one knows what is going on with my case and after whatever threats or accusations were made my case was dropped without me being notified for at least two months. Save your money and find a real law firm that will seriously and truly let you know what is going on and answer questions. They are full of it!
