Just left this location and it was incredible. I called and spoke with Hilary if we could get a quick engine light code pulled after being turned away at the Merrillville 2080 location . Not only were they busy but she found time to take my call and run out to my car and pull the code we were in and out in under 5 minutes. Tank you Hilary for the quick response and recommendations for repair.

They did not suggest OEM recommended oil for the oil change. Went straight to and only suggested a full synthetic. Customer beware!!! As a young person was taken advantage of. When the business was called they started there is not a oem recommended oil or specs. Truly compared thenoem recommended oil as giving a new born koolaid.

I posted to Duke of Oil, but I thought Id post here also. Tim thank you for being so polite and respectful. I appreciate the excellent work you did on my car. If you want a fair price and good honest hard working people, then this is the place you want to go. Thanks again!
