Awesome office!!! EVERYONE is so nice and professional. Got my quote on life insurance and disability insurance and it was in my husband and I price range.I didn’t even know it was a such thing as disability insurance but thank God I called when I did. I even spoke with Natè (I believe that’s her name)about my renters insurance and she helped my get the understanding about how important it is to have it. I will highly recommend this office. I try not to have circumstances to have to call Kim, but when I do its always a very simple and helpful process! I always feel well informed and when I need to have something signed or filled out, she is always available to find options make it convenient for my schedule or just be able to do it online. Her and her office are always there for me to answer anything I have questions about. They make Insurance something I dont have to worry about!

It was a Joy Speaking with Nate. She made sure I got everything I needed and answered every question I had about auto insurance, the quote was catered to all of our drivers. She didnt make me feel like i was a bother. Pleasant attitude also.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was fooled by her for awhile, but it took me too long to realize she was just sitting back collecting a check she doesnt care about her customers. We had a flood in our basement, we called state farm filed a claim. It was after hours, you would think you would get a call the next business day from your agent making sure everything is ok if you filed a claim? WRONG! Ok maybe she was busy had a lot of claims, she would surely follow up within the next week...WRONG! I had to call her and tell her I filed a claim. Ive NEVER worked with an agent where I filed a claim with the company and I had to bring it to their attention. Dont worry she was very quick to tell us its not covered because we dont have that coverage, the coverage we didnt know existed, but if she sold it to us we would definitely have it. Which I find hard to believe because she made it seem as though we could not afford this type of insurance which is less than $5 a month. She did ask me how the repairs were going and told me I could borrow blower fans. Really blower fans a WEEK later?????? Our house would have been rotting in mold had we waited that long. Nobody ever wants to use their insurance but youre asking for a massive headache if shes your insurance agent in your time of need!

Kim is incredibly helpful! She sat with us and helped get a life insurance policy set up. She is never too busy to answer questions and makes sure you fully understand what youre signing. Wonderful experienced agent.
