Wil was very nice but unfortunately did not put a new SIM card in the brand new phone we purchased. Should have realized that when he did not test phone in front of us. We had to follow up at another t mobile store for phone to work properly.

The best customer service experience Ive ever had! I was given a really harsh attitude at another store so I decided to leave and went to this T-Mobile store. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted in such a warm way. I was assisted by Stanley and he truly made me feel like a valued customer. He solved all my issues and got me the phone I wanted after the previous store said I had to order it and it would take a few days to arrive. Stanley was so professional, respectful and extremely helpful. I was also greeted by the manager Joshua. Joshua was so kind and made me laugh with a few great jokes. This store has absolutly amazing people to help you with any concerns or requests. Ive been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and after this experience I will definitely continue to be a dedicated customer. This experience restored my faith in receiving customer service assistance. Amazing experience and great customer service received from both Stanley and Erika! Walked in to get an apple watch which ended up being a process of almost 3 hours even past store closing hours, (due to my plan) but not once did I feel rushed nor frustration from both of them. Very helpful, attentive and their patience was above and beyond! Which is rare to find now but they took their time to help me out and make sure everything was taken care of before I left. I definitely recommend coming here, I really appreciated their help. Just amazing experience!

I had the best experience possible! Jefferson was over and above helpful! He even helped me after hours on his personal cell. I went in a second day to see if he can help me a little further when all my apps didn’t transfer over and he helped me right away and fixed the problem. Took a trip down to the store as it was the one I was recommended to by a close friend. I’ve never experienced such attention to detail when having cell phones and service plan options explained to me as I did with the Mobile Expert, Mynor. Mynor was extremely patient and displayed outstanding empathy after I explained that this is my first time planning a cellular service, which could be a bit intimidating when you’re uneducated on the subject. Most importantly, I never felt that I was being taken advantage of the way I’ve felt in the past with different companies. He did not come off as aggressive to make a quick sale which was comforting in itself. We found the plan that was right for me and it was painless and timely. So I actually had Verizon and decided to switch because Verizon was too expensive and T-Mobile was very affordable and when I went to switch I actually had a guy named Mynor help me out and can I say his customer service was just amazing every question I had he had an answer and it was very professional even when I was reading the contract he was straight up with it. Update: Ok...so bout a week has gone by and one of the new phones, the iphone Xs, has a screen that no longer works. Brought it back to store and was told by an employee that it looks bent and that the lcd is probably cracked inside. He said there is nothing they can do and that we should try the Apple store. First of all, how does a phone bend? And second, I bet if we were there to buy more phones they would be able to help and wouldnt try sending me to another store. Ill leave my stars for now and well see how this is resolved.Upgraded phones for family and the experience couldnt have been any smoother. Highly recommend visiting this location if youre in the market for a new phone or accessories.

The staff at this sprint location is nothing short of amazing ! I went into the store today to get my mother a new iPhone after years of trying to convince her to upgrade her beloved iPhone 7 Plus. Stanley was extremely patient going above and beyond to make sure my moms phone was backed up ...my mom phone that hasn’t been backed up since 2018!!!He made my mother feel comfortable letting go of the phone she vowed to never let go.Farah was also amazing dealing with a difficult customer that came into the store with class and elegance apologizing for things she clearly had no control over. I went into this T-Mobile confused with lots of unanswered questions about my data plan and how it worked best for me and my lifestyle (a college student with no substantial income), and honestly I left feeling so much better leaving the store. I have been a huge Verizon supporter since forever but i recently switched to T-Mobile after not being satisfied with the speed of my cellular data, especially dealing with all online school. Almost two weeks after I immediately I thought I wanted to go back to Verizon because I was just confused about how payments were and what I get with my plan and at a last resort I went into the Merrick T-Mobile store to see if they could help me or else I’d go back to Verizon. I talked to a great worker named Mynor and he really helped me feel grounded about switching to T-Mobile. He broke down all of the data plans t-mobile offers for someone of my income and I really knew what he was talking about. I ended up sticking with my gut and staying with t-mobile after speaking with Mynor and being able to fully understand the what I am paying for. I don’t usually leave reviews but Mynor went above and beyond to find a plan that works for ME, not a plan that makes t-mobile the most money and for that I am extremely grateful. Keep up the great work and I plan to stay with t-mobile for a long time.
