If I could rate them zero stars I would. Charged me $75 for a technician to come and tell me he didn’t have the part to fix it and that it needed to be ordered. Okay no problem over a month later no part when I called they would tell me still waiting on the part we’ll call once we get it in. Called another company who came out to fix it same day and charged me $80 less then this company was going to charge me. So basically the technician made $75 to fix absolutely nothing.
