After my Harmony Elite suffered a drop breaking the LCD, I was able to contact Quin who was extremely helpful in getting my remote sent into him. Not only was I kept in constant contact with him but was happy to get a detailed report on my remote and the work preformed. WOW. Greatest service EVER! When I sent my remote I was not expecting the level of service provided. From the prompt response to email to the constant updates on the status of the repair. Best of it all was when I received my unit back and instead of just finding my remote I find a detailed report on the condition of my unit when it was received, pre-op diagnostics, what and how it was repaired and post-op diagnostics. They fixed my remote the day they received it and shipped it back next business day. Replaced the screen as quoted and also replaced the whole front panel and some hard buttons at no extra charge. I just wish I received the same service from everyone I deal with
