Our new kitchen is beautiful! Working with Jim Baldauf was very easy. There were no surprises in the contract. No hidden costs. He is very organized and very meticulous in the work that he does. He takes responsibility for the work that his crew does and addressed any issues (very few) immediately. Jim helped us think through the entire project from start to finish and added his own creativity when we did not have a solution in mind. His years of experience are valuable in how he approaches projects. We would use him again. We offered Jim to be a reference should a prospective client ask for one.
