Took 11 months to get all our pictures. We had to constantly follow up (almost every week at one point, with little to no response) to figure out where our pictures were and what was going on. We were beyond patience. I had a very generous tip for him after we got our pictures but I didn’t give him any of it because it took 11 months. Wish we would have gone with someone else.

I dont normally leave reviews for businesses, but I absolutely had to for Mayne Frame Photography. It wasnt even an option!Brad Mayne was absolutely amazing! Just 2 weeks ago we learned our son was graduating an entire year early! We scrambled to find a photographer who could get the photo shoot done and pictures edited in just a few days. We received over 40 photographer recommendations from friends and family, and all I can say is, its not easy finding the right one! So many photographers had complicated contracts, ridiculous pricing, and required consultations that take up time and money. Brad at Mayne Frame Photography was the only one that kept things simple and easy to work with. Brad was so kind, and understood the importance of what we needed. Within 48 hours we had a scheduled photo shoot in downtown Boise. Our son got to wear 3 different outfits, and we werent running against the clock. Brad told us, well just keep going until we get the right shots! Brad made our son feel comfortable, and within a few minutes our son was smiling and coming out of his shell. Brad made it an amazing experience!To our surprise, Brad had the photos uploaded to his website and ready for review the next morning! We selected 4 photos for our sons graduation announcements, and Greg had them enhanced and edited within 24 HRS!!!! All of the pictures turned out absolutely amazing!!! Not only that, but Brad gives you the digital images and lets you own the print rights. Its not complicated, its not expensive, and Brad kept us in the loop the entire time!Because of our amazing experience, we will use and recommend Mayne Frame Photography for every single one of our kids and family photos. We had talked with Brad 2 years before our wedding day on and off. I had no doubt in my mind after watching him work and seeing the outcome of my cousins wedding, that he was going to be our photographer and taylor our videographer. He did a beautiful job with our engagements and was super flexible and assuring. Come the day of the wedding, he and Taylor were on time, felt out the venue while I was getting ready to find the perfect spots for the perfect photos. They both worked so professionally and didnt miss a beat with all the chaos and worked 100% around the days events and my stress while making me feel calm. I have yet to see any photos as we just had our wedding less than 2 weeks ago, but having seen his work many times in person before, I have no doubt in my mind they will be perfect. Brad and Taylor work beautifully together and had fun with us during our day while remaining completely professional in the high heat. I would reccomend them over and over.
