After 20+ years as a customer experience leader role, I’m always looking to see how each interaction goes with a company.The technician that came out was professional, loved the special touch of the email with his photo/what he’s all about with fishing/family/etc. He’s awesome and willing to take the time to give us thoughts around the cause of the issue and companies to work with on restoration for the damage.That said, he was in and out in less than 20min and we paid a $189 diagnostic fee I was never told about, that’s a company issue and not his. I knew the receptionist was new but she should be trained to tell folks that. Also, told we would have some arrive 2-4pm and at 3:50pm contacted to say someone is on their way and that I should be prepared to pay after hours fees…..obviously I said no (not my issue) and rescheduled for the next day when I was hit with the $189 I knew nothing about.Good job with your hiring but communication and training lacking.

Michael at Master Plumbing replaced an old outdoor faucet. The communication from the company was outstanding - e-mails & texts to confirm the appointment, reminder the day before, and then a phone call prior to the appointment. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our property and explained everything he was doing. He even left his cell phone in case we have any questions later. Very pleased with Master Plumbing & Michael.

Our plumber Robert was courteous, fast and efficient.Master Plumbing was able to schedule and complete our project despite there being a big emergency fix they had to attend to in our town the same day. They didn’t allow a bigger project to interfere with our smaller project.Very impressed with this company!!

Great experience with an extremely competent and friendly technician, Dillon H. He was not only efficient, but managed to quickly fix my plumbing issue while allowing me to hover over him to learn a few things in the process. Mike V. was awesome. He crawled all over the crawlspace and inspected pipes and ducting to see if there were any leaks originating there. We ended up in the garage and eventually the wall behind the water heater was opened up and the leak located. He moved and set up the water heater so I would have hot water through the process of drying the crawlspace, flooring, etc. He even recommended and called the drying company for me. He had a calm and pleasant demeanor and was extremely helpful. A huge plus in a stressful situation. If I could give him 20 stars, I would!

First thing Monday morning our garbage disposal decided to give up the ghost and drain all water straight out the bottom. Our usual plumbing service could not come to help (appointments 1 week out!) and based on all the positive reviews on Google I called Master Plumbing and they were able to get journeyman plumber Michael Jordan (not the more famous namesake, btw) out to us that same afternoon. After a quick phone call and a few texted pictures, Mr. Jordan agreed to remove our garbage disposal and replace it with a simple basket strainer. He came fully prepared with everything needed to do the job and was in and out in an hour. This included re-doing the under-sink piping to a proper configuration and having a connection for the dishwasher drainpipe. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the respect he displayed towards our home. I will certainly consider Master Plumbing for any future help with out home plumbing, particularly if a crisis needs fast assistance.

Jim was very friendly but professional. What he came out for (to repair a leaky faucet) was not what he expected. He expected a kitchen faucet and I needed an outdoor faucet replaced! This entailed crawling under the house...an unpleasant place to be! Jim was not detoured. He just went out to his truck, got some new tools and parts, and down he went!He had the job completed quickly. He explained how deteriorated my old faucet and pipeline were, and also explained my original piping from the 90s is prone to cracking after this length of time. He did what he could under the house to tie up loose pipes and I dont know what else. Before he left he asked if there were any other plumbing jobs he could help me with. He was very nice and I appreciated him. Thank you.

Shower broke on memorial day and had to turn off the water to the house to stop it....We called and plumber arrived within 2 hours of call. He repaired the broken valve quickly and spent time with my husband showing him why it broke in the first place. My only complaint is that when we originally called, at 930pm, they said they would be out in 30-60 minutes. An hour later they called and said because of another emergency they wouldn’t be there until 1am. We opted at that point to just wait until regular hours so she put us down for between 8-10am. The tech arrived right at 8am and was done very quickly and efficiently!

We discovered a leak in our crawl space, and Master Plumbing was able to get a technician out within an hour, which we really appreciated.Michael Jordan, the plumber, called before he arrived and was very prompt. Michael reviewed our options with us and upon our approval, he proceeded to do the work. He was able to repair a leak on our hot water line, that was located in a very difficult position. Michael has great customer service skills to go along with his technical abilities. Well definitely use their services again if we need plumbing services. Thank you, Master Plumbing!

Master Plumbing was great to work with. They call immediately to schedule or reschedule and you always know when to expect the plumber. And Jim Lyman - our plumber - was not just on-time each visit but fantastic to work with. Some hassle with our project involved the home warranty we use and Jim was gracious the entire time. I Have a contractor install a new shower system and start leak, the contractor said the problem was in the piece that I bought so he wouldnt touch it. Them I call Master Plumbing, Jim C. the technician found the problem, that was not on the piece that I have bought, but in the part that contractor have put as a quick fix. Jim put a property Piece and now I have piece of mind, he also give me some tips on the flush valves. If I need I will call them again.

He was very informative of the work being done and explained the cause of the corrosion as well. Jim C was a pleasure to deal with, and was very clean and professional. He went above and beyond. He was here to fix a valve we couldnt get to shut off. He replaced the valve so we were able to unhook and remove our dishwasher. While he was under the sink he noticed our hose to the refrigerator was done incorrectly and promptly fixed it as well. Had a leak from our kitchen ceiling that was coming from the area of the upstairs master bath. Roy F. came out to look and it turned out to be just a loose tub overflow. The sink drain pipe in crawlspace beneath the kitchen was leaking. Scheduled an inspection and repair. It was done very quickly, efficiently. Other issues were uncovered as part of the problem and corrected.I am very pleased with the response and the work.

I called Master Plumbing at 11 AM because we had a clogged kitchen sink drain. A friendly voice took my call and scheduled an appointment for around noon. About 20 minutes later I got a text saying Travis Parsons would be our plumbing technician and would be arriving soon. He also called to let me know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. When he arrived, he asked for our assessment of the problem and got right to work. He set a protective carpet on the floor where he was working to protect our floor. Soon he had the problem solved and the drain was unclogged. Travis took time to clean the area where he worked. He’s good at what he does and had a very friendly attitude. I’m sure we’ll call Master Rooter again when we have a drain issue.

Troy Chase was here yesterday to pump and inspect my septic system. He was super polite and listened to my comments. He worked very hard and fast in the wind and saved the flowers and other plants that were in the way. I couldnt ask for any better service!

I am so happy and so grateful for my service today! Within just a couple hours of my call, a technician arrived (who called first, and was right on time). The technician Roy was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. I knew ahead of time what I would be paying and what to expect. I was embarrassed that it was a toilet clog, but he made it feel like no big deal at all. I also had some questions about the line from my house to the street, and he had the time to look into it and help me with that too. I never keep peoples business cards...but this is an exception. Master Plumbing emergency service was excellent. Steve McClenny was dispatched within 30 minutes on a Sunday. He was pleasant, responsive, quick to collect data, quick to investigate and recommended a solution. He pressurized the thermal expansion tank, replaced the pressure relief valve, adjusted the PVC drain line and generally assisted with clean-up and follow-through relative to the water leak in the Garage. This is the second time that Master Plumbing has come through on an emergency, and I would highly recommend them (and Steve McClenny) to any homeowner needing expert plumbing repair work.

I was originally told I would need to dig the area out by a competitor of theres that would have ran me roughly $1000. Mike believed he could do it for less and sure enough he was right.
