Got an oil change. Everyone was very nice and we were out in a very short time. Checked our lights, washed windows and lubed. Reasonably priced.

They were hella fast. Price good. Didnt try to upsell. Staff was friendly. Will be going here again from now on.

I have come here many times and never had issues. Today was different. I did not receive the same friendly customer service I am used to getting from the young man who helped me. Hoping for better if I come again

I recently had the full service oil change and specifically asked about my air filter to make sure it was OK since I was going on a trip.The guy said we always do.When I got home I had to change the sir intake sensor and to do so had to pull the airbox not hard just 2 bolts, but I noticed that it would have to be removed to check the filter and became suspicious.I changed my sensor and checked the airbox before reinstall and the filter was filthy with chunks of stuff in it. I have a picture.Pure laziness on the technician if you want to call them that.Doubtful that I will return.

Gabe I believe that was his name. Dude with tattoos of California hates his job and makes it very clear to customers. Asked what I wanted done. I said oil change he told me.it was going to be at least 1 hr and quoted me most expensive option and if I did do as he recommended it would void warranty and how everyone decided to come in today it was 347 pm there open until 5. Definitely not a horrible experience. But maybe dude needs a vacation or job that doesnt require customer service

I will never come here again..You should go to Boise Jiffy Lube #2540 8018 Fairview Ave.They do charge LABOR $32.00 at this location but not at the Boise location. Save every penny!

Not going back to this Jiffy Lube, was greeted by a guy who was very aggressive and possibly on drugs, then was charged 30$ for a chip repair, when i got to my car they didnt repair the chip. Very Disappointed

Apparently my oil filter cap was broken from a previous oil change and was never brought to my attention.... the guys here went out of their way to get me a new part, quickly and at a decent price (they shopped around). Jose has always been a good manager the past few times I have been to this location. Although, this time I left very confused. I opened my glove compartment to put the receipt in there, and it fell completely off. It turns out, during the Oil Change, one of the crew members had taken the clips out of my glove compartment and left them on my dash. I was confused as to why they even needed to get in my glove compartment, or as to why they took it apart. Nothing is missing, so i dont think they were planning on stealing anything. It would have respectful if they put it back though if they had a good reason to take it apart. It only took me like 3 minutes to put the clips back in.

I went in for an oil change that went fine. Started driving down the road and my hood looked like it wasnt latched all the way. I pulled over and popped the hood and somebody had left a pair of channel locks on the side of the engine bay. What were channel locks even near my car for?

I went to this location for something wrong with my vehicle completely unrelated to an oil change. It was a simple quick fix with zip ties, but necessary to get underneath the car. They gladly put it on their lift, zip tied the loose skid plate cover and had me on my way. I offered them money but they refused, so I left them with 2 sodas and thanks.

Most places i got to get my car worked on make me uncomfortable and like all they want is my money. Whenever i am able to come to this jiffy lube everyone is super nice and never tries to sell me something i don’t need. All of them have been nothing but respectful and seem to actually care that my car works

The service was fast and friendly, but they did not give me the full Jiffy Lube experience. Half the reason I go to Jiffy Lube is because they clean and vacuum my car out. I emptied my car out before I went, and they did not vacuum or clean the windows. Very disappointed.

The staff was great. They greeted me as I was pulling up with a smile. They offered me services with no pressure. I chose what I wanted and they got it done quickly at a good price.

I called these guys to get an oil drain plug seal replaced. The thing is about the size of a quarter. Talked to the manager, Jose. He said that he would have to charge me for a full oil change to replace the seal. I didn’t want new oil, I had just gotten an oil change. When I said that to him, his response was, “the oil is hot and I don’t want my guys to get burned doing that” of course I can understand that and respect that out of a manager. However I didn’t appreciate his tone, as he was clearly annoyed at that point. I called another oil service out of Kuna, ID, Lube N’ Go. The owner of that shop told me he’d do it for free if I brought in the seal. So I did, and he and one other guy replaced it in literally 2 minutes. Even let me watch the whole thing up close and personal. Oh and furthermore, he didn’t get burned, and neither did his employee. Much nicer people to work with, especially for free. If you want a good quality oil change from good quality people, go ten minutes down the road to Kuna. Either that, or avoid Jose, because he WILL try to steal your money. Worst part is, you call him out for trying to over charge you, and he starts talking to you like you’re stupid. One starOh, just read the response. I wasn’t asking for a free service at all. I was willing to pay, but not for a while oil change. Also, I never said I stripped the bolt. It wasn’t stripped. Again, as I said multiple times in my original review, it was just the SEAL, which I offered to provide myself. Again, I was totally willing to pay, just not for my own oil that I had already bought. Next time, sir, instead of taking your managers’ word for it, take it from the customer. Not satisfied. However, the guy I talked to before I spoke to Jose was nice, liked that guy. I’ve been going to you guys for YEARS. Lost my business after one disrespectful phone call..

Friendly, fast, courteous staff - they dont try to pressure you into upsells. They may ask you if you need something added on based on how long it was since you last had it done but if you say you dont need it no big deal, unlike some other places. Ive been twice now once for a diesel oil change and once for my dual fuel filters to be replaced. They are also much less expensive than Einsteins Oilery and the dealer across the street who I had called before going to Jiffy Lube even without any coupons.

Lazy employees, bad service. Would not take 5 minutes to change name on service record, then did a rock chip repair under the wrong name. It took 3 months to get it straightened out with my insurance.

I stopped in for an oil change on my BMW yesterday (1st time at this location). We ended up stuck with a broken drain plug courtesy of my last oilchange at Einsteins. The Manager stepped in, extracted the broken piece still lodged in the oil pan and personally drove to an auto parts store for a replacement part that Get This.. He didnt even charge me for :)I was frustrated and in a hurry and unfortunately didnt properly convey my Gratitude. THANK YOU Sir! Fast and efficient

Worst jiffy lube in the valley. Told them not to unroll my window and they still did. Waited over an hour for an oil change with two people in front of me, multiple workers. Watched somebody scrub their back window for ten minutes. People in front of me asked for more work even they the work they were doing was already almost done. That is ridiculous, never going back to this location again.

They charged me 45 bucks just to check my fluid levels and my oil light is coming on and I just went there 3 weeks ago. Watch out for them to overcharge. Basic oil change$35. Pretty expensive.
