The staff were the best. Went there today with my parents and the place was squeaky clean. Got a hour wrist band, otter pop, popcorn and service was friendly and efficient. If your trying to jump this is the spot.

I think my experience deserved a Karen reaction, only because it involved my child.This place is for sure a great place for kids to enjoy their free time but the management/customer service is terrible, well, at least the time I went. There were at least 3-5 employees staffed for the front desk just standing there. I was in a hurry to get my rambunctious toddler a wrist band so she could run free in the play area. Unfortunately they dont have their employees cross- trained, so they for no apparent reason got mad at me when I asked a different associate to pay and get my child a wristband, and then when they said no, they got mad that I waited in the building with my child, for the first associate to  finish with the other customer. Whoever is the manager there needs to cross train their employees to be able to help all customers, and think about the children, and consider the nature of young children in such a play area. There were no rules or signs stating we may not wait in the building until the associate is available.

If you like to jump on trampolines then this is the place for you. Limited capacity secondary to pandemic.

I have been there a couple times. The check in and sign a waiver just to sit and watch your kids jump on a trampoline is ridiculous. Then, I thought the next time, I would participate we would try their skating. Thought it a bit odd but give it a chance. It is ice skating on fake ice. It is not well done as the seams were not blended well so your skate would catch. If they would make the seams disappear it would be a much better experience. They just had a bunch of skates up there but so dont think they were cleaned between use. The skates were dull making hard to skate. It seems like a second thought to try to diversify however didnt put enough to it. My kids do love jumping on the trampolines and have fun there . I just think it is too much of a hassle to sign in especially if theres two adults. You have to put in two different email addresses and sign on individually not as a family.

Jump time is an excellent place to take the kiddos when they are a little too hyper for mom and dad or grandma and grandpa. They staff is friendly, they keep the public safe with their cleaning, and staff are always near by to help the kiddos as well as the parents. We came today for my nieces birthday party and masks are required unless you have a medical reason. Such as I have asthma, i still wore my mask when walking around but it was nice to know while we were back in our party booth I could take it off to get better air flow. Thank you Jump Time employees for making us feel safe, welcomed and most importantly for helping the kids work off all that sugar and energy, it is greatly appreciated.

It was fun. Many areas to jump and climb, have a few birthday party areas but those arent very good looking as they are just sectioned off areas painted by different paint colors, and little half walls spreading them... however, they throw parties very well! Pizza was great, they were organized and involved! So I was pretty impressed. Dont worry, in the picture my daughter is having fun. Would upload more but didnt get more without other peoples kids in them. They also have lazer tag which is in the picture, and an area where there is a bunch of small trampolines sectioned off for 0-5 year olds with soft couches where parents can sit close to them and watch. They have a great area for food and drinks as well! Great place

I took my son there for his birthday the other day and had to write a review. He absolutely loves it. Our party host was so helpful with gifts and keeping the party organized I believe her name was Ema. The front desk and the waivers were kinda slow. But other than those few things it was good I will definitely be doing this for my other son.

This place was great! Even my 16 month old had fun learning how to jump. There are so many different things and courses to do. I will definitely me going back with and without my kid.

A super fun place! I took my son here for his birthday and it was a blast. There is eye in the sky seating for adults, a Nerf was zone, and video games in addition to all the jump areas. Kiddo had fun and so did I. I like the color coded wristband system they use to let you know when your time is up as well. Id recommend this place.

We had to wait around 30 min or more to get checked in... there was only one girl at the front desk... I think at busy hours they should have more than one person at the front desk.

Loved the new jumptime except for some young kid that Checked us in. He was pretty rude about my not knowing that I needed to resign my kids up at each individual jumptime. Not good customer service he acted annoyed with me and not friendly whatsoever. The staff was really nowhere to be seen most of the time. Luckily I follow my kids around so they were safe. Lots of parents just sit and ignore their children. Other then that the new place is amazing lots of fun things for the kids to do. All three of my kids loved it. The younger kids section has so much more now. Their own little trampoline section and ball pit. The diving platform for older kids was a huge hit as well. I personally love the ninja course! So cool for kids especially since Idaho has a famous ninja warrior here. You should do an event day meet and greet with him for families. We will surely be back but hope I don’t get the same rude worker again.

We LOVED it! Registration for my family was easy and took maybe two minutes. The sweet lady at the front desk was named Candy I believe. She was the sweetest person and made everything easy and exciting! She’s knowledgeable and kind. It was cheap and we had so much fun! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We live out of state and we WILL be back this week! It’s a cheap and fantastic way to spend some time with family and let your kids blow off some energy!

I love this place and my kids do too!! Although parents need to watch their kids more closely. One older child pushed my 1 year old down and jacked the ball he had.

The kids had fun but there should be more adults that work there walking around and making sure that the kids are all following the rules. Certain areas were similar to a wild jungle with nobody making sure that kids werent doing anything they werent supposed to be doing.

We just celebrated my son’s birthday here, and just want to say it’s a great place for families to get together for a good time. The vibe is very comfortable and friendly. My young kids can last a solid 2 hours here. We usually have to leave because my 2 year old has nap time. (Which reminds me - there is an AMAZING toddler section!) JumpTime is definitely the place to go for a fun time.

This is such a great place to bring your friends and family. I have just as much fun here as my children do. I see just as many adults as well as children enjoying the fun indoor activities. if youre looking to stay out of the cold weather and want to have something fun to do thats safe and clean and it definitely takes the health and safety of their customer seriously, this is the place.

Timber, at the front desk has always made check in at Jump time seem-less. He has gone above and beyond to help our kids have fun and get to jumping. We will always come back and our girls love it every time.

Always very friendly and helpful service. The place is always kept very clean and the upgrade the equipment. Never crowded so I feel my children can jump safely. In addition to great trampoline park, they offer skating, VR, and a laser game. Great fun and value!

Great experience with prices being pretty high for a party. Kids had a lot of fun the server (host) was not fantastic. Very disorganized planning with no real structure on how the party was planned.

Highly recommend 10/10. We took our boys and their friend and Candy (amazing sweet fabulous employee) made sure we had a great experience!!! They have delish food and It also doesnt hurt that they sell beer and wine. Well be back for sure!!! 💯

About half the people in the building are not wearing masks even though the policy at the door says “Masks are required”. They don’t enforce the policy at all. We have a toddler so we went to the kids area but the jump space was filled with too many kids over age 6 (even though that is the age limit) that our toddler was getting mowed down. We had to leave the play space. Lastly, spilled soda and snacks were all over the bounce house. It really seemed like there was a lack of cleanliness overall.Obviously it looks like a really fun place but for us, that didn’t outweigh the dirty, no rules environment. Hope they can improve!

Wonderful place to let my munchkin get her energy out indoors. She always has a blast. Its noisy but its expected with kids being crazy and having fun. My daughter and her cousin love to go there. They get so excited at the mention of its name or when we drive by.

Great customer service and easy to work with. They went out of their way for us in a last minute party. We really appreciate the employees and management. Will go again.

Great staff. Super fun place! I especially appreciated the younger childrens area with boune houses, climb on toys, and ride on machines, that was very convient! We had a small misunderstanding that was MY fault and we were taken care of and everything was fixed up! I had 7 jumpers today and check in was a breeze which is a rare occasion for my large group ♡ thank you to the 2 ladies who were working on 2/25/21 around noon!

Placed VR with my wife for the first time here! It was awesome! Greatest rate I’ve found so far! The only thing is I wish the employees running the VR arcade knew how to set up multiplayer with people you come with. And if they gave you a heads up of how much time you have left would be nice too. But over all, awesome!

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Hand sanitizer stations all over the facility. Many signs in place for social distancing. Came early and almost no one was here on a Saturday leaving my son to have the place almost to himself. Employees are constantly wiping down surfaces making them clean. I’ll be back here again. I highly recommend. Pay for tickets online and sign waiver online to speed up the process when you first walk in.

Great place for fun! We went at 8am on Monday for the little kids time and the boys had a blast. We were the only people in there for almost 90 minutes and had the run of the place, it was great!

A great place for kids to have hours of endless fun! There are a lot of different activities for kids to do to burn some energy. The staff is also super friendly and helpful!

This is a great place to take my kids. I love all of the big leather couches placed everywhere so that I can relax and get work done while my kids burn energy. I love the fact that you can use any brand jump socks which saves $$$. I found the manager very helpful and the facility very clean.

Great facility. Excellent Ninja course that kids can enjoy but still fun and challenging for adults! Lots of trampolines. Cool dart area where you can have battles with Nerf/dart guns. They now require grip socks... so bring your own pair if you already have some (otherwise you pay the premium price there).

My daughter had a birthday party on October 19, staff are highly welcoming, hardworking, always there for needed! The manager I believe his name is Sam, he helped us a lot even though he didn’t get me when I was talking cause English is not my first language, My kid and her friends enjoy a lot definitely come back again!

First time to this business. The staff and public were not wearing masks. There was a warning sign on door about Covid, and sanitizer around the area. No one was wearing masks though.

This place is amazing! They have thought about all ages and interests...they have performance trampolines for the most daring, yet have foam pits and basic equipment for the first time little ones. Huge area...nobody gets bored or has to play out of their comfort zone. And very nice couches and viewing area for the parents...could see the kids anywhere. Staff was friendly and attentive. Me and my family of 4 adults and 6 kids had a blast. Great place for any level of fun. Definitely going back!

Had a great time. Had a huge group of people for my daughters birthday party. We got our own area to bring in cake and presents and stuff. Kids got to jump around on everything and climb and do dodgeball. All in all a great experience for the first time being there. My own complaint if I were to have one is, you get hot way to fast in there lol. Crank up that AC lol. Will be going back again for sure it was that fun.

We bought one hour for my 6 yr old and a junior pass for my 4yr old. They had a lot of fun. My 4yr old was done at an hour but if my 6 yr old brought a friend she could have lasted another hour here. Must have grip socks to jump, you can buy them at the register or bring your own. If your just watching like I did you can have regular socks on.

We have loved playing here with our kids 5 and under. We haven’t had any problems with staff, but we have been pretty self sufficient. We don’t live in Boise anymore, but if we did I would have a family pass here!Great for elementary and below aged kids.

The door says “masks required” when you enter but most of the people are not wearing masks INCLUDING employees, the employees who are cooking and serving food have their masks under their chin so what’s even the point? The 2 girls working at the front were very rude and unprofessional. Kids are all over the place there’s no guidelines. We came here because it’s closer to our house but we will continue to go to altitude where it is clean, professional and friendly.

We planned on taking our kids there for my daughters 9th birthday, so I was excited when I got the email about stocking stuffer deal and bought the 3 admissions (extra money for her birthday stuff) Went to use it and apparently its not redeemable until after Christmas. So theyre refunding my purchase and made us pay full price for the 3 kids. Im super irked that it doesnt say anything anywhere about not being able to use it today (the girls birthday is 12/22, so every extra penny saved wouldve been super helpful). The place is clean and the staff is friendly, but still, if theres a restriction on an offer it needs to be on there somewhere.

Had a great time. Employees were good and need to go on Mondays for the reading time. My son had a blast.

While the kiddos have fun, the management and shady pricing practices are a nightmare for adults. We paid for normal jumping time, and towards the end of our time, our kids decided they wanted to try the new skate area. The price board says skate only $7, skate add-on $5. So we were expecting the $5 since we were adding on to what we paid upon admission. We were told we had to pay the full $7 because the add on pricing is only applicable if you pay right when you come in. I explained that we are still adding on to todays jumping, but they refused to honor the $5 add-on fee, even though we did do jump AND skate.

Beware- Safety is a huge concern here due to untrained staff. Back in March I took my daughter here for a fun outing and unfortunately she injured herself within less than five minutes upon arrival and upon opening of the facility that morning. I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room to be evaluated. During this horrific event, while my daughter was screaming in agony, not one employee offered any assistance to help us, not even to call 911. Not one employee helped me gather our belongings. Not one employee offered to help me load my other child, a toddler, into our vehicle as I carried out my injured daughter. The employees just stood behind the register with no regard or concern for us- the customer. And we were only one of three customers in the facility that morning so far.Fortunately my daughter fully recovered, but we will not be supporting this business. Please be careful and have an adequate support if you take young children here as the staff will not help you even if you require emergency services. The teenage staff here seems nearly oblivious to life, it’s that bad. Read the other reviews- their is no adult staff supervisor. Do not leave your children unattended here.

We have been here twice for birthday parties and love it! The staff seems so friendly and its so much fun for the kiddos and adults. I feel its safe for my kids to go play without me standing right there next to them. We cant wait to go back! The prices seem great for the fun and time you get too.

I have been coming to this place for years now and while there is a lot of good things about Jumptime, one of the main things that I have realized is that the staff are extremely friendly and nice.

First time visiting this place with my boys. They have gone before with my sister who lives in Boise. I know its for kids but there were a few adults joining in on the fun, including myself. Its was fun but definitely a workout if youre not use to it. Overall it was fun being able to jump, climb, dodge and enjoy playing with my children.

Let’s start off by saying I hate having to spend the time to type this out but honestly they deserve it. Jump time is mediocre for this type of place, but kids will have fun there. The problem is the horrible management. We reserved an area there for a birthday years ago and it went great! But this time we booked an area for my sons 6 year birthday. We booked it about a month in advance expecting to pay $150. TWO DAYS before the party we receive a long email about how they will be charging us more because HES SIX! Umm hello.. he’s turning 6 years old. We called and spoke to Liz who is supposedly the reservation manager (hard to believe) and she was completely unhelpful and insisted on increasing what we have to pay due to his age. She would not budge on this and refused to allow us to speak to someone higher up, because supposedly there is no else. After paying the deposit (goodbye deposit), sending out invitations, preparing decorations, cake, etc they waited until we are pretty much stuck with their company and then increase the cost. UNREAL! This company is taking advantage of their customer base. You are better off going elsewhere for your children’s birthday. There are plenty of places similar to Jump Time locally. This place is fine, so long as they cant hold your child’s birthday as leverage over you.

Great indoor play area for kids 6 and under. Equipment was clean and in good shape. Enough variety (trampolines, bouncy house with slide, foam pit, balance beam) to keep kids busy and happily entertained for a few hours. Nice couches with good field of view for adults to relax on while the kids play.

Extremely impressive setup. The trampolines are very slick but that really just adds to the fun. It is expensive but I expect insurance and the like are very high for them. That said it is a safe place, with setups for kids and adults of all ages. Very friendly and nice staff.

My preschool aged girls always love burning an insane amount of energy here and I love that I can catch up on emails while they do! They have expanded their adult drink options and have coffees, beer and wine. Lots of meal and snack options and drinks for kiddos as well! Not a ton of extras to buy which is really nice if you are trying to stick to budget. Other parents are usually close so any kid to kid issues are generally easily and quickly addressed!

Back again with another inconsistent check in process. No line but due to confusion with get out pass took 15 minutes to sort out and paid more than we did last time.Kids still love the place. Parents will just have to deal with the downside.
