I’ve always like going to this gym, it’s all convenient as far as location. It seems to have all your gym needs, but all that change today for the reason of trying to get a new access I’d card, trying to get their attention so they can let me in but instead he just sat there gave me signs to go use the other door with a erritated face, instead of getting up and doing his job and be nice, he just sat there so much for good customer service. I don’t feel welcome here in this gym . Will be ending my membership here soon.

Visited from out of town and needed a gym to workout at for the week. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They also kept the gym very clean, which I appreciated. Gym was never super crowded and overall it was a good vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Has way too many classes wich takes up half the gym and makes it difficult for a regular member to workout...

I love Idaho Fitness Factory. I used to be at a big gym and I always felt like I couldnt afford it but this gymnis affordable and super friendly!I suggest this gym if you want people who genuinely care about you, great equipment, and of course 24 hour access! Just a side bonus they are affordable too!

Great clean gym with friendly staff

Great location, super helpful staff, clean gym with everything I need for a good workout. I love the pull up bars in the group fitness room. The kid room is near the group fitness room so its easy to check in on the children.

The staff are always friendly and helpful!!! Its a great value for a low cost!! They have all the equipment I need and I love that their vending machines have my favorite protein bars!

Working out at this gym is like working out in a minimum security, white collar prison. Its over crowded, and the equipment you need is almost always in use. I had a problem getting in because the door scanner wouldnt work with my card, and now I have to wait until my schedule lines up with the hours theyre actually staffed to get it figured out. No staff member has said a word to me since I signed up, so friendliness must not be their thing. If it wasnt for the location and price I would have switched gyms a week into my membership.

Love this gym, its very clean and user friendly.The staff is fantastic and outgoing. Not an intimidating place at all. Great owners as well very customer friendly. The price is unbeatable .

Good gym, but tiny and a bit cramped with so much equipment. In my opinion they have better leg equipment than the other locations i have been to, everything else is just as good. Dress warm because it is freezing in there, not sure why they keep it so cold.

This gym is a lovely place to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is up to date and there is seldom a crowd. They keep the facilities clean and orderly and the fellow gym members are all great. Five stars for a five star experience.

Never crowded with all of the basics to get in a great workout. The staff is awesome and the gym is always super clean. Best gyms in the valley at the most reasonable prices.

I have been a member at this gym since it opened. The gym is conveniently located and being a 24/7 gym, times are fantastic. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. The reason for the 1 star rating is due to the fact that management does not listen to members. Group classes are always changing and taking up the group fitness room even when there are only a few attendees. This causes problems for members wanting to work out in the group room. Also, there is no monitoring system for the kids room. I am not comfortable leaving my child in there alone or with other children and have asked for a simple camera system to be installed so that I can monitor my child on the TVs while in the weight room. I was given an arbitrary answer and no response after a single follow-up email. I have a multiple membership account at this gym and have referred numerous people there. I am going to be taking a look at the new YMCA in Meridian due to the fact that I am not being listened to or taken seriously. I am a business professional and understand the needs and wants of members, and I do not think a camera system its too much to ask for and worth a follow up email.Thanks for the quick reply. I would say that your group class times change and they are not always posted. Sometimes there are two to three people in a group class with half a dozen members shoved into the small room trying to work out. Thats a problem. The other thing is I would like to know is when and how you talked with your members regarding child monitoring as I am a longtime member who brings in a child and I was never consulted regarding this nor have I ever seen anything posted posing the question. I would think child safety would be of the utmost importance. Even if there is a camera system in the room now, staff is not always at their desk as they have other tasks throughout the day. The only benefit to this would be if something did happen you could go back and see if there was an issue, but this is reactive and not proactive.

The fitness factory is a very nice TRUE 24 hr gym that you can even go to in the holidays. Not overly crowded and great prices. Unfortunately they dont have a steam room or sana but tanning is included at least in my membership it is and its still less than all the other major gyms in town. Front desk is always helpful and knowledgeable. Isaac has helped me a couple different times. I think its a great place to accomplish whatever wellness goals you have.-Jon

I love the fact that it is month to month with no contracts. Open 24 hours a day. Staff is wonderful. Love it here

I have been with this gym for over 3 years. Started while training for half marathons. Great gym to get in, get your workout and get home for my busy days, but I have also loved doing Piyo, Zumba, and now a women and weights class. I can go early before my husband goes to work because they are 24 hours. Awesome staff. I would highly recommend it.

I am realy glad I started going to this gym. There is no excuse for not having time to go since it is open 24/7. (even on snow days!!) The staff is helpful and there is never a long wait to use the equipment.

After reviewing my original post. I spoke with the owner and he made it right. Now I would recommend this gym.

Convenient place to work out that has everything I need for my fitness goals, and the choices of TV stations helps with the whole experience.

Love being able to go work out at anytime of the day or night. Has all my favorite equipment plus more!

I enjoy this gym because there is never a line to use equipment, its open 24 hours, and you cant beat the price.

Whatever time during the day that I go to IFF, there is space to work out and very little if any wait time to use a machine or one of the various fitness equipment. They have a good collection of fitness videos and a very clean facility.

One of the best things about IFF is the atmosphere. I know every time I go I will be getting a great workout. There is never a wait for any of the machines and it is open for 24 hours giving you no excuse not to go. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful! Recently the Franklin location has got a new manager named Kelsey. There couldnt be a better pick for the position. She is extremely nice and always in a cheery mood. The manager training her is Kumari from the Fairview location. She is just as nice as Kelsey and always greets everyone with a smile. I recommend IFF to everyone I know.
