Negative stars. They were completely negligent when processing my refinance. They even admitted to overlooking things that would have cost me if I didnt catch them or ask for more information. They should be sued for a mal practice equivalent. Worked with several people to get issues resolved the day of signing that should have been corrected prior and their lack if preparation and the mistakes they made is absolutely unprofessional, and even after signing, my loan was delayed and Im still having issues getting things resolved where they miscalculated numbers. Avoid doing business here, or make sure to double check their work and ask questions! Even when they tell you the next steps, follow up with people that actually know what theyre doing because theyre completely clueless and wrong.
