I took my pup to All Valley after 6pm on a Friday night. Although it was busy, I was greeted with a smile and a very eager to help staff. Caleb at the front desk, was super nice and genuine! Once I got in the room, Jenna came in and talked to me about my pups issues. Through the whole process, she was very kind and helpful! She answered all of my questions with a smile and great attitude. I felt very comfortable with the whole staff including Dr Shalet. Even though this was an emergency visit, I will use them for future pet care!! Thank you ❤

A little less than two weeks ago, I had to bring my 14 year old dog in because it was time to say goodbye. His health had taken a unexpected turn for the worst and it was time. I was not prepared. I couldnt talk through all my tears. The team at all valley were amazing. They were extremely passionate, caring, and explained the whole process to me and my family. They allowed us all the time we needed to love on our buddy before his final moments. They asked me all about what kind of dog he was to our family. He wasnt just a dog, he was our baby. They all understood that. I told them how he loved tennis balls and the front office lady told us they had a tennis ball that had be sitting on their cabinet forever. She asked if it would be ok if they stamped my Jacks paw print on it and give it to us. This gift means more to my family then they will never begin to understand. Thank you for taking care of my baby. We picked up his ashes today and hes home with us in a beautiful box with his paw print on the outside of it.Thank you All Valley for everything. We seriously appreciate how good you were to us and our Jack.

Our dog, Labradoodlesaurus Rex was tragically hit by a car last night on Meridian Road. The Good Samaritan who saw it happen scooped him up and rushed him here. From my first call to the receptionist through to when my family arrived and talked to the doc the care and compassion provided to us and our furry family member was nothing short of top notch. They did their best to quickly assess and intervene but the damage was too severe. They had him laid on a mat with blankets and even pads under his head. The vet talked with me and my wife so kindly and with personal compassion. The tech hugged our daughter as she cried. The receptionist was so kind as my wife checked out. Nothing but 5 stars here. Our familys sincerest thanks that you were here for Rex.

Im not sure why releasing a sphynx kitten back to a breeder who knows how to care for a tiny miniature sphynx kitten recovering from a bacterium infection( already treated for) is so difficult? But...the new owner prefers to put to death the kitten via lethal injection...I get treated with wrath while the truth gets muddied about how the kitten was left alone for hours..Given metronidazole which could have been attributed to part of the problem. I asked to wait a day and should have been stopped once kitten showed a reaction....One thing I do know...I will never listen to people who are to quick to brush off your special diet, not show up with a blanket for their new kitten...maybe some people shouldnt have pets....the agony of doing your best but getting walked on...more confident to kill the kitten then allow the breeder to return him to his siblings and mother where he could have recovered...God knows the truth..Rip lil Judah 🐱new owner of 4 days who doesnt follow the diet plan or call when a medicine may have triggered a relapse.. Some people seemed satisfied putting a kitten down that probably could have been saved if you contacted breeder and halted medicine from the vet.

DO NOT take you pet here. They do not care about you or your animal. They just want to take as much money from you as possible. The moment we walked in they wanted a $400 deposit to observe my dog. We left this place with a ridiculous bill and no answers, only keep an eye on him. This is not the first bad experience we had here and only went back because of an emergency.

These people took advantage of my daughter who loves her fur baby. They couldnt help her cat. Once the cat was stable she should have been transfered to a vet hospital that could help. Instead they kept her cat there to rack up a huge bill. Dont take your fur babies to this place.

Used to love this place but I took my little schnauzer there because his leg or foot was obviously injured. They said they couldnt find anything wrong but sold me gabapentin for pain. Two days later it was worse so I took him to Critter Clinic where Dr Dennison removed a rock like mass from between the pads of his paw. Very unhappy that I wasted $135 for NOTHING.

Our dog has been dealing with GI issues for the last 6 months. It started off with heavy food aversion and then we started noticing the loose stools. Then he started having vomiting and then two months ago we noticed blood in his vomit. We took him in and after waiting for 6 hours and getting testing done, we were given no answers. The vet who saw us was clearly frazzled and distracted and brushed us off and told us he was fine. After that he continually had loose stools and even our own vet cancelled appts on us. This morning he woke us up with bright red diarrhea after going on yet again another 24hr food strike. We rushed in and got check in at 3am. After triage and waiting we were told the vet was going in for an emergent surgery and that we could go home but they would call us back in two hours to get us seen. 3 1/2 hours went by and we finally called in ourselves. They told us to come back in and we could be seen by 7:30/7:45. We made it in by 7:30 and were then told there was change over with the vets and it’s be a little longer of a wait. It was 10am when we decided to leave and still hadn’t been seen and the only explanation we got was that “This is the nature of an emergency clinic” Something in my gut tells me that if we hadn’t called, we would have never even gotten a call back from them. I work in health care and understand urgent/emergent but I also know when I’m being put on the back burner. Something isn’t right with this place.

DO NOT take your pets here. This is the 2nd horrible experience I have had with their emergency services. My dog was having a severe reaction to something, she had hives all over her body and a swollen face. Upon triage I had to wait 2 hours while I watched other dogs being triaged and taken back right away for less minor situations. When we were finally taken back the vet was very rude while telling me she could not see anything and she would not treat my dog. She literally made me feel like I was crazy for being there. We are now at home and my dog is still itching and scratching with no relief from them and a $120 bill later. They could not even supply any advise on how I can treat at home appropriately. Worst service I have ever received! These are our babies, please train your staff to give better fur baby care!

I just have to say Dr. Lake is so amazing at All Valley Animal hospital in Meridian. I brought my 5 y/o English Mastiff service dog to be seen. She had a TPLO done in October 2019 by the Humane Society. About a year after that her leg became swollen and she began to limp on her leg. After about a month of trying to set up an appointment to get her checked out and fixed ( the only way to comunicate with the Vet at the Humane society is through email) we had to have the plate removed because it had caused an infection. The Humane society performed that surgery as well in April of 2021. She hasnt been the same since they removed the plate. Even after the plate was removed she continued not to use her leg Anyhow she had stopped eating for a few days and had the diarrhea. The Humane Society put a bad taste in my mouth after the last time so I decided to take her somewhere else. My B/F and I chose to bring her here and I was not disappointed.I was on the brink of a mental breakdown upon bringing her in thinking I would have to put her down. Dr. Lake and his vet techs have been so amazing and kind. They have treated my baby like she was their own. Dr. Lake has gone above and beyond to assure me that we will try everything possible before worse comes to worse. He definitely put my mind and heart at ease. I appreciate him and his teams kindness, support, and positivity at a time when I really needed it. Thank you so much Dr. Lake and team for everything. I will definitely be bringing Cali back.

They called us when she was approaching the top of the list and we went back. They took us to a room, assessed her injured foot, took X-rays, and bandaged her up. Every single staff member was so sweet and treated our little princess like royalty. I cannot say enough nice things about the employees & the level of care provided!

We brought our cat in for an emergency visit. She has a subluxation in her hip and puncture wounds on her abdomen from some fall or altercation when she snuck outside Sunday night. They kept going back and forth on whether the hip condition was preexisting or not and ultimately just sent her back home with me with just pain meds. I called back to see what more we could do and the doctors never called me back even though I am quite sure she needs better pain meds and surgery. They charged me $1400 for essentially nothing but overpriced pain meds and pointed me to West Vet instead since they cant or wont help us with the hip at their facility. Now I am just here at home with my baby who is in so much pain and there isnt anyone to call or help since All Valley doesnt open again until 2 pm! They say 24 hr vet but I guess not on the weekdays when patients need followup advice? Just doesnt make any sense, terrible aftercare and main care was overpriced and not helpful. Should have just gone to West Vet from the start. I only went here because I thought she was actively dying, and looking back, even then, I should have just gone to West Vet instead because this place is just incompetent at what they do.

I had tried to get my dying dog into his regular vet but they were booked solid. Can you imagine a vet not seeing your dying dog? I was heart broken. I drove Jack to All Valley and they got him right in. Sadly later that night we had to put Jack down. I cant believe all these negative comments. We had the best care and support here. Its a bit more expensive but Im willing to pay more if my dogs get the best care. The vets and assistants were all very caring and professional. They kept me updated on Jacks diagnosis and prognosis. There were no questions about billing. They gave me costs upfront. I could tell that they really cared about Jack and me. I will be taking my other dog there now as well. Also a while back we used their boarding for our dogs. The dogs were spoiled by the great care takers and when I returned to pick them up they were happy and well cared for. Wonderful facility. We had an emergency our little 4-year-old dachshund Lilly woke up on Sunday morning and peed the bed and then she could not walk on her front or back legs. She then started vomiting. We live in Marsing and knew we needed to get her to an emergency vet immediately. Our friend had used All Valley Animal Care and recommended them so we headed out. We called in advance and they took all our information over the phone. Because of the lockdown, we could not go in but they were outside waiting for us and took Lilly right in. They knew we were worried and kept us updated by phone. They took blood and urine tests and of course X-rays.They gave our little girl excellent care Dr. Wear was very professional. Dawn and Sandy were so kind and thoughtful. We felt they were very reasonably priced. We were able to take Lilly home about 4 hours later. Thank you All Valley Care Center!!!

Took our dog in to All Valley since our Veterinarian couldnt fit us in on the weekend. First of all they dont allow you inside to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Said they checked my dogs ears and when she wasnt doing better a week later, I took her to my Vet and she has a bad infection in both ears and debris. So another 300 dollars out of pocket for something All Valley should have diagnosed. They are NOT reliable and they nickel and dime you for everything. I have left several messages for the Physician Manager to call me back for a refund since they lied about what was checked. My dog is still suffering and I paid over 300 dollars to them which YOU have to pay at the time of service. They used to be my go to vet but they boggled up my males dogs surgery when he was neutered and I had to pay over 1000 for their screw up. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!! I thought it would be better since I havent been back there in two years. NOT!!! They dont call the next day to see how your dog is doing, and they didnt even call me to let me know what my dogs blood panel came back as . They suck at customer service. Upon arrival, Lucky and I were immediately ushered into a room and it was game time.Id like to say that this story has a happy ending, but sadly it doesnt. Lucky is now buried next to his partner in crime, Kitty, our other cat which we lost in 2016.What Id like to tell you now is how kind and loving the staff at All Valley Animal Care Center was to Lucky and me. Dr. Sean, and the staff (Jess, Autumn and Michailey) were gentle, loving and kind to Lucky as he passed in my arms as peaceful as one could hope for.About 5 days later I received a very nice Sympathy card signed by the staff that included handwritten notes by those who helped Lucky that morning. The surgery required wound care about the size of a tennis ball. The All Valley clinic we used was closed on Sunday and the dressing needed to be changed. Arrived @ 8:50 am on Sunday were told there was 2 pets ahead of us. @10:55 and 8 pets later was finally seen. Was quoted $98 because it is Sunday and $50 for the dressing. I believe they do provide good care to your animals, but they need to set realistic expectations when you check in about wait times and not charge $50 for a gauze dressing the other clinic doesnt charge for.

Unfortunately this emergency vet is extremely disorganized and lacks any value of communication or compassion for animals or their owners. I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this vet on 1/9/21. I really am quite concerned that this vet’s practicing HR manager has a lack of concern about absolutely anything. My dog was given medicine without mine or my husbands permission or knowledge. They detained our dog for 40 minutes after telling us they didn’t have the time to treat her after being there for almost 6 hours, and promised they’d give her one stitch. The only treatment my dog needed was one stitch and sedation on a toe with a deep cut. Down to the receptionist and practicing HR manager and even doctor it’s all incompetency. I’m shocked that this emergency vet is somehow still functioning. The practicing HR manager tried to use every excuse in the book why my dog and my husband and I were treated terribly. They kept my puppy with a cut toe in a boarding room (without our knowledge or consent) for 4 hours. They told us she was being examined the whole time.... they gave her no food, water or bandage or anything in that room. They didn’t even tell us where she was.... they administered medicine to my dog without our knowledge or consent and it happens that the “doctor” “forgot” to notate what medicine they gave my puppy and when. The practicing HR manager really does not know how to run a hospital. It is better off either waiting for a vet to open, or going to the emergency vet in boise. It’s really truly concerning to me that this vet is able to run. So many regulations were broken. I was given the practicing HR manager’s email. We emailed her on 1/10 and didn’t receive any form of contact back. Finally received a call back from All Valley and no voice mail on 1/15/21. Finally got ahold of practicing manager today and she doesn’t care about the safety of animals or the precautions taken at this vet. I’m shocked she’s in a managerial position. I would truly recommend nobody go here if possible. My dog was absolutely mistreated and neglected. Not to mention- we paid for an exam fee, the receptionist told us, they wouldn’t wrap or clean her foot up because they were too busy..... which is what we paid for. After waiting 40 minutes for my dog to come out, turns out they bandaged it. But why should I trust it was cleaned or bandaged properly? What about the fact that one stitch and sedation cost $535-575, and the very next day I was able to get my dogs toe amputated for $450 at an entirely different vet. My husband and I were more than willing to pay for our puppy to get stitched up and taken care of. What we won’t stand for- is lack of care and communication. The receptionist and team here really urged us to keep our dog here overnight. But why? I couldn’t even trust them to care for my dog in a span of 4 hours they had her in the boarding room. It’s scary really the lack of care provided here. Worst part- lack of customer service or compassion towards animals. Thank you guys for showing us how you work here. Have a good day.

After sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours watching the front door I called to get an update on the time frame and got put on hold for 10 minutes after which I hung up. They called back 5 minutes later and claimed they had tried calling me multiple times and even had someone walk the parking lot. I was looking at the front door the entire time and the only activity was them taking in other pets. I was then told that several emergencies had come up and I would have to wait another couple of hours. 20 minute drive down to West Vet and my pup is already in the building. I was directed from The Idaho Humane Society to get an exam here because they were at complete capacity at the time. My cat had been vomiting for the last few days and I was very worried for him. When I arrived I had to wait 2 hours just for them to get him and than another 30 minutes for the doctor to call me and tell me everything I already knew. He wasn’t informative at all and when I told him that I just wanted the exam so I could take him to the Idaho humane society for the testing, he responded by saying, “We aren’t affiliated with them at all, I don’t know why they would have told you that, but you can get all his testing done in house”. This is completely incorrect because when you call Idaho humane society and they aren’t able to answer they refer you to All valley and they’re even listed on Idaho Human Society’s website. He than went on to say “so you don’t want to get him tested? So you’re denying the service?” in a very rude and arrogant manner. I was than transferred to the technician for billing who started off by saying “so we’re only charging you for the exam I Guess?” in a way to try and make us feel bad for not paying for all of the testing. This is very unethical from a business standpoint and shows how unprofessional the staff here are. When i asked him what food i should switch over to, because he was building tartar on his teeth, he struggled to mention specific brand names. Overall Doctor Lucus and the staff lack any passion for helping animals and only want your money. If this experience wasn’t enough, the technician who brought out my little buddy made sure to tell us, “by the way doctor Lucas said you can’t take this estimate to The Idaho Humane Society and get the testing done, you’ll have to get another exam”. UNBELIEVABLE!!

We scheduled our German Shepherd for TPLO surgery here because they could get us in sooner than Animal Medical Center. The actual vet who did the surgery was great; HOWEVER, I strongly suggest that if you want a vet who does not charge you for every little thing, or give medication or a shot without telling you the cost, don’t go here.On the 3 day follow up, she was to come in to have them remove the fentanyl patch, but we also needed to have them look at her suture because her leg was swollen and we wanted to make sure everything was okay. Because a doctor had to assess her, we were charged an office visit (instead of the 3 day follow up being included in a $3K surgery), and the shot and medication he strongly suggested was an additional $200!!!!! He did NOT tell us that an in office shot would be $110 and the pills for only two days was $95.She is there for a two week follow up (which was supposed to be included in the surgery cost), and we needed them to look at a spot she’s been licking that was where the IV was in her front leg, so that cost us another $95....again, just going in for a two week follow up to have the sutures removed which should have been included in the $3K surgery. After the 8 week follow up/x-rays with Dr. Lake, we will NEVER, EVER take any animal of ours here again. They will charge you blind for every little thing. I was told to email the office manager the last time we went in because of the outrageous charge for the shot/medication, and have never heard back from her.

Took the dog and bought him a hamburger and gave him dermosidan after to make it easier for strangers to handle him. Show up at the lobby, ask to start paper work. They claim I said he bit a person and wouldnt follow through. I tried to explain I said no such thing, I only said he had fought with my other dog for the second time in a week, after almost a month of trying to work with him. Pretty reasonable rates for after hours care too, especially for a walk in, Ill definetly go back if the need arises.

The only reason I gave them one star is because it wont allow me to give it negative stars. A few years ago my chihuahua was choking and we rushed her to All Valley. As we entered the emergency room I was told I had to fill out paperwork before they would treat her. I begged them to attend to her and I will fill out whatever paperwork was needed. They refused. My dog was most likely already gone at that point but the fact that they made me wait for such a thing was horrible. I spoke to a supervisor the following day and she said she would get back to me on the issue. She never called back or made any attempt to help. She continued to ignore my calls and finally told me to never call her again. Under NO circumstances would I EVER recommend this place.

SECOND REVIEW!WONDERFUL care!! This is my second review. ANOTHER 5 STARS for All Valley Animal Care and their team of professionals. This time they saved my beloved pets eye after severe cornea damage. The care could NOT have been BETTER. The series of steps, follow up re-checks, procedures, recommendations for treatments, professional decisions on next-steps by Dr. McIntosh, Dr. Zann, Dr. Vogel along with support fro Shar, Mindy, Ashley, Sara and many others, resulted in the TOTAL HEALING of my dogs eye.I am more than grateful for the continuum of care as one doctor brought in another to show the condition if they were not going to be present for the follow up recheck. I am once again a grateful pet owner and this Animal Hospital has a client for life! Thanks for your care, All Valley Animal Care!INITIAL REVIEW: OUTSTANDING care recently received for my dog. I utilized emergency hours care, regular office-hour visit care and overnight hospital-stay care. I would award TEN starts if that was available! I have nothing but extremely positive comments from my experience. First, having a facility open on a holiday weekend / Sunday at 10 pm, was incredible. This saved my pet from prolonged pain and suffering. Next, having my pet seen by experienced professionals who could efficiently treat and effectively diagnose a subsequent illness, along with the state of the art technology and 24-hour intensive-care services saved my beloved pet from experiencing even more pain and discomfort. The doctors are caring and wise and the front desk staff and techs were also very efficient. Finally, the costs associated were MORE than REASONABLE considering the availability, services and level of professional care my pet received. My dog and I will be clients for life!Thank you, All Valley Animal Care Center!! We are very grateful you are there and thank you for your fine staff.

This place is absolutely terrible!!! I went in this morning to have my cat seen because he was in extreme pain and was bleeding. Mind you they were the only place open around me that early in the morning so I went in to get help. I show up to have him looked at and they told me they needed to do Xrays on my cats jaw because they thought it was dislocated. I agreed wanting to make sure my baby gets help and see what the issue is. After doing an X-ray the vet told me she thinks a CT scan needed to be done which would cost another $500 on top of the $300 I spent on the X-ray and check up. I asked her why a CT scan needed to be done and she said she thought my cat had a fractured jaw and the X-ray just isn’t picking it up so they need to do more. I asked them if I could just get pain meds for him and explore my options for cheaper places because after the quote of everything they were going to do to my cat after the CT it was going to cost roughly $2500. They brought him to my car and hadn’t given him any pain meds to help ease his pain. So I had to give him his first dose just to calm him down. Being an emergency vet shouldn’t you give him pain meds if I’m paying for it? Why not make the poor thing more comfortable while you’re messing with his jaw. After leaving and going to a new clinic, I was told no xrays ever needed to be done and all that needed done was a simple tooth pull. My vet noticed something wrong with the tooth as soon as she looked in his mouth, no X-ray required. This place just wants to upcharge for everything and make excuse after excuse for why they need to do more to your fur baby that isn’t even necessary. I will never go here again and I advise everyone else to do the same!! The fact that I walked away paying $325 with no answers what so ever except that I need to pay more to get his “jaw” fixed. It’s just outrageous. That wasn’t even what the issue if they had just taken the time to look at his teeth and pull it like the other place did I would have been happy with the service but to blatantly not look at him thoroughly and run an X-ray on him and try to charge me more after that is just ridiculous.

We had an appointment set later in the day for our regular vet but then our beagle started throwing up blood - I didn’t feel comfortable waiting until 4 pm so I took him to All Valley at 9 am. We were seen at maybe 10:30, stayed until 12:00 or so. Yes it took awhile. But I felt better there than waiting at home. Dr Chen was wonderful. So knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment for 430pm, since that is the only time they had available. I arrived 10 minutes early and called to check in. I got stuck on hold for 15minutes before someone on their end hung up. I called back and stuck on hold once more. 20 minutes later I tell them about my appointment and they say they will call us and be out shortly. Meanwhile it’s 95 degrees outside in a hot car and my pet is stressed out. People in the parking lot are also slamming their doors in frustration and cursing. We sit there for another 30 minutes before deciding that they do not care about appointments and scheduling them makes no difference, so we left. 2 hours after we arrived back at home we received a call that it’s our turn. That would have been a total wait of 3 1/2 hours we would have been waiting in a hot car with our pooch, for a scheduled appointment. I get being busy, I get triaging cases, but not to even call people to inform them or update them, is unprofessional, unkind, lazy, and so many more descriptive adjectives. Save your sanity, your time, and your MONEY... choose wiser than we did, and go somewhere else.

Worst vet clinic in communication EVER!!!I LOVE AND APPRECIATE THE EMERALD LOCATION, EVEN THOUGH THIS LOCATION COULD HAVE COST ME MY PUPPY!!!Brought our puppy in here, thinking he was suffering from grape poisoning. After they worked with ASPCA poison control, it was discovered he has addisons disease. We had no idea what that was, so of course we had questions. There wasnt even a chance for us to ask. When he was discharged, we were never given the information of what medications he would need to survive. I was never once contacted after my husband requested they call me to give me the updates. When he went for a recheck and we still werent given any information, or a refill of his medication until his next recheck. I was informed he would need to have a primary care vet, which I was fine with. I picked all valley off emerald, WHO I AM SO THANKFUL FOR. The communication was so poor from the emergency clinic, which caused big issues. My puppy started going down hill and fast, after this clinic failing to give us his critical medication refill, on top of never educating us on which ones would be ongoing. We contacted them since his regular vet was closed on Sunday. They called back after 24 hours, they called to have him in for blood work and the critical medication. So since I had already established Gus as a patient of the emerald clinic, I called them. Over 5 hours had gone by, so I called to check in, they hadnt been called back by the meridian clinic. With the great patience of the emerald staff, we discovered he in fact was suppose to be on 2 medications. We had only been given refills for one from meridian location. I dont blame the emerald location one bit. Once we realized he needed these other meds, the emerald location had them ready for me within 10 minutes. Im sure I was overwhelming with all my questions I had for them his first visit. The BIGGEST ISSUE IS LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THIS CLINIC. This could have not had a happy ending for my puppy. His case is very unique, since I guess its not heard of for a puppy to have this disease. This is why its so critical you are educated on the outcome of your visit, emergency or not. Im thankful they were able to save him and diagnose him. But that was all canceled out, after they were the reason he went down hill, again. If you cant educate your clients, (I say clients because they seem to care more about money first, then treatment) you shouldnt be offering service to anyone. Im very thankful for the wonderful experiences at the emerald location, they are very welcoming and loving to your fur babies. We were contacted after the damage was done by a vet here. I voiced my concerns and hopefully she can use this as an example why communication is so important.

My cat had an eye emergency. I took him here and am so very grateful I did. Dr. McIntosh is fabulous and took amazing care of my boy. He still has his eye because of her. She gave me multiple options on care and truly cared about him and how he was doing. We will now be using her for all of our vet needs. Each time we have gone in, I have also been impressed with the staff. They have always been kind and considerate. It is an emergency office, so sometimes the wait can be a little bit, especially if you are a drop in. However, everyone always communicated with me about what was happening. Some people have commented on the expense. I found All Valley to be less expensive than most vets in the area without any reduction in the quality of services. Even my emergency visit was not more than I have spent at other vets in the area and I never felt pressured or made to feel guilty about the level of care I chose. I also appreciate having a vet that can see my animals at any time, so I dont have to go to a different office when there is an emergency.

We have taken our two german shepherds here for boarding for several years. Our girls are very protective of us and dont do well with strangers, which made finding boarding difficult. All Valley has been FANTASTIC. Our dogs went with them with no issues. They got nightly tuck-ins and extra play time. Our dogs were able to share a large kennel, which helped their anxiety - and ours. We were able to check-in on our dogs via kennel cams. Their last boarding visit was 7 days long and they gave both dogs a complimentary grooming! And did a wonderful job, at that. Recently our older beloved shepherd passed away unexpectedly. We were able to call All Valley late on a Sunday evening and bring her in for cremation. They were incredibly kind and caring, giving us all the time and help that we required. They gave us beautiful options for her memory box, including a final paw print. They sent us a sweet sympathy card in the mail a few days later. She was so impatient and unfriendly. When this happens over a phone call I make trying to give them my business, and get treated like this, I take this as a sign of how the service and treatment of my pet will be. Luckily, I looked at all the reviews and the majority of people dislike the customer service (lack of) and their dishonesty/ lack of ethics. Haven’t been to this location but I can’t stand terrible customer service. Even the marketing “specialists” who reply to google reviews are shameful. They reply with novels about how you’re wrong for thinking and stating that they run their business terribly and that some of the people employed are incompetent. Bad marketing move to “defend” the business by bashing the reviewer (customers) with pointless rants and talking about treatments/ procedures that pertain to a specific animal. Shouldn’t the customer’s information be private? Quit writing novels on google and invest that energy into figuring out why your business is dreadful. I would pay more to work with someone who is patient, ethical, understanding and kind. This place is none of those.

Do NOT go here!! Theyve changed ownership, raised prices, decreased service, and are no longer open 24 hours. They were great up until sometime in June, or so, this year. They handled the passing of our beloved German Shepherd dog back in February wonderfully; to the extent that we decided to stop going to our other vet. Not now. Am going back to my old vet. We got a new puppy in early July, this year. Brought her in for a wellness check to comply with the puppy warranty. That visit went fine. Then scheduled appt with Dr Megan Ware for next round of shots for 9AM one morning in mid July. That went well and Dr Ware is super great. With Covid restrictions we had to meet in the parking lot and they took our dog inside for her shots. I couldnt go in. Went back for next appt 2 days ago (Aug 18) scheduled for 9AM. Receptionist was nothing but lip service and no action. Was told to wait in car and theyd be with me shortly. At 10:15 I finally got a call that a tech would be out shortly to get my dog and take her in for her puppy shots. Out she came 5 minutes later to get the dog. Nearly 45 minutes later they called to go over everything and sell me on a number of surgical procedures I had the option of doing when we take her in to be spayed. Thats not in the plan for at least 1-½ years from now, but they had to give me their sales pitch regardless. When our dog finally came out, they didnt bring any paperwork including her shot record that I had given them to fill out, nor any of the worm, tick, or flea meds I had requested. So, the tech went back in to get them. 10 min later out she came with them and an invoice for $192. I did not get to see or talk to Dr Ware whom I had an appt with at 9AM. In fact I saw her leaving the clinic about 9:45AM and was curious as to what was happening. I never got to talk to any vet on this visit and am not sure our dog really saw one. The vet techs can give the shots. I have one more round of shots to do in 3 weeks. Politically correct receptionist said they are not accepting appts that far out because they dont know the vets schedule yet. What? Three weeks out? I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction and said thank you and Ill not be back. Of course theyre going to blame their problems on Covid restrictions like many others who are giving poor service and doint want to own up to it. Google reviews offer many other better veterinarian options for you in this area if you care to do a search for them.

Dr. Ross was absolutely amazing! She was kind, understanding and completely helpful. She took amazing care of my Yorkie puppys broken leg. He was in tremendous pain which she controlled and got xrays. She gave me possible surgical options and was upfront about costs. There are two reasons for not giving this clinic 5 stars. The first was that I took my puppy in at 7PM and I knew I wouldnt know what the best course of action was until morning. I called at 7AM just to check on him, then again at almost 10AM each time I was told the doctor would be calling me shortly. When I finally called at 11AM to let them know I talked with another surgeon who was going to preform the required repairs I was told they were just working up an estimate. I am an action type of person so I wanted a little more personal care and while I know they were in no hurry I just wanted my precious little pup to be on the mend. The second reason I took a star away was that when I called to let them know I was on my way to pick him up and take him to another vet they sounded like everything would be ready and quick when I got there. They were nice but nothing was ready when I got there. It caused some delays that ultimately delayed surgery for an additional day.
