Pebbles was such a sweet dental assistant❤️ A ray of sunshine! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and magical. She let my daughter know how BEAUTIFUL her teeth are! She gave off a wonderful vibe! I’ll always ask to see her, just for a quick wave or smile! Representation matters, it is so important for my African American daughter to see successful Black women in professional settings. Having African American dentists and dental assistants contributes to representation. Thanks Pebbles!

We had seven children (ages 16-9months) attend Happy Smiles this past Wednesday. It was a wonderful experience from the front desk until we left. My kids LOVED it! It is SUPER kid-friendly. All of the hygienists were so sweet, nice and helpful. The dentist was VERY informative and thorough. I was about to drive to Hattiesburg/Jackson to take them to a different dentist, but am so glad I stayed with Happy Smiles. They did an EXCELLENT/AMAZING job. We got in and out quickly with all seven. They were lined up like sardines. Thank you staff for your professionalism and kid-friendly experience!! The BEST!!❤🙌🏽👍🏽

Very, Very, Very displeased!!! I took my baby to what was supposed to be her first dentist appointment. Keep in mind I made this appointment first part of last week! When we get there, approximately 20 minutes early, we were told that it will be OVER A HOUR BEFORE she MAY be seen! The lady at the desk never looked my daughters name up until I said that she has a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT at 11:30! Then she proceeds to say, we are short staffed and behind. You can reschedule if you want! Why over book!! Parents work just like you all are doing!! I understand being a few minutes behind but to be over a hour or longer!! Poor management and booking!! My business will be elsewhere!!!🤬🤬😡😡

My daughters first visit happened to be an emergency appointment. Happy Smiles scheduled her to be seen quickly and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Though my daughter was having cavity pain, she literally kept a “smile” on her face during her visit! Such a perfect name and a very friendly environment. We are glad that we chose Happy Smiles!!

The Dentist no matter which one we see all give exceptional care to my grandson, THEY ARE PATIENT, THEY RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND GIVE US RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP WITH JAIDENS ORAL HEALTH. After drugging my grandson(4yo), the person to do procedure spent too much time laughing and partying in the room next door. So then came into my grandsons room and did NOTHING, because they were too far behind. He was ready. THEY were irresponsible. I wouldnt trust anyone there with a tree stump, let alone a child. My grandson is going too Batson. This fiasco wont happen again.

The absolute WORST! Will overcharge and if you try to figure out where the charges came from no one knows.

My daughters first visit with Happy Smiles was beyond awesome! She did great her first time going to the dentist & she’s 3 years old! They made her comfortable enough so that she didn’t have to be scared! We will definitely be going back in 6 months.

My girls were so scared of the dentist before I started taking them to Happy Smiles now they are fine with going to get their work done and love the play room & surprise after their done... I have never been more pleased with a dentist office than I was with Happy Smiles! They made me wish I was a kid again so I could be seen there. My son Jackson is about to be two so this was his first visit ever. He was so happy to play with the girls that worked there and the dentist himself. I was baby setting a friends daughter the day we went and they were even awesome enough to give her her very own dentist visit bag, toy, prize, and balloon, the very some things Jackson got. One of the girls at the front desk helped Jackson in the play area while I had to change my friends daughters diaper and Jackson talked about her for hours after we left. If I had to recommend a child’s dental office it will be Happy Smiles as long as they are around.

This dentist office is by far the best her in town 😇. The staff is awesome, wonderful customer service. My daughter has been going here the last nine years.

Theyve always been AMAZING with both my children. They make sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The staff is friendly and were always in and out in less than an hour, and thats for two kids appointments. & Lets not forget their play place in the waiting area that my kids LOVE!

I loved it! All the staff is super nice and friendly. It was my daughters very first appointment at A dentist. They had a place that the children could play an be entertained. We went back they explained everything an made sure everything was perfect. When we was finished they even had a happy for my daughter. I give Happy Smiles two thumbs up!!!👍 👍

The staff is wonderful. My two year old did great which is a big surprise. I would recommend taking children here versus a regular dentist. They are properly equipped to handle kids and have the right chairsude manner for dealing with them as well.

Love this place!! My son is a little nervous when it comes to dentist visits and they made him feel extremely comfortable from the get go!! He was super happy to walk in and find the play area and video games. Those are awesome to take kids minds off of actually seeing the dentist while theyre waiting!! I have no complaints whatsoever. All of the girls are really nice! Lindsay Hoover has been super helpful with referrals that I needed. Shes always very helpful when I call. Cortney Harper made us feel like we had known her all our lives on the first visit!! Excellent service and excellent dentists!

Never been there😓but have been to Gulfport office and loved the people and treatments we got.

We love Happy Smiles!!.. Everyone is so nice and all the employees always have a Great attitude.. We never have to sit and wait for long. But even if we did have to wait it wouldn’t be a problem due to the Cool Jungle Gym they have for the kids to play on. At the end of our visit it just got even better because my son thought it was the coolest that the assistant gave him a golden coin and was able to put it in a cool looking prize vending machine. And then he got a balloon on a stick. And we always enjoy the goodie bag they give. Which has a new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss sticks for kids, and kids sunglasses. I just couldn’t say enough about this place.. So Happy we have Happy Smiles in our town. Thanks for all that y’all do.

This was my daughters first visit and she did not cry or anything. I was so proud and happy smiles is the reason. They were so nice and gentle with her they made it fun for her and i would definitely recommend them to everyone I can. I even boasted about them at my dentist appt.

My 4 y/o son was extremely nervous when it was time for x-rays but Michelle went above and beyond to make him comfortable and relaxed. She was able to make it happen which was a huge task! She was awesome! Dr. Harris was also great and such a sweetheart!

As soon as you walk through the door its a pleasant smell, very friendly environment, the people greet you and are really nice & welcoming. The doctor and nurses and patient with the children. I love that we get to watch and ask questions (which they dont mind answering) Bringing my children to Happy Smiles is such a comfort. They love it and cant wait until the next visit. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and experience it for themselves!!

This place is unlike no other dentistry place. The whole staff is very friendly and my kids enjoy this kid friendly place. My kids enjoy coming to the dentist and they never did before Happy Smiles. Our friend recommended Happy Smiles and Im grateful she did.

I brought my three daughters to see the dentist.. It’s was one dental assistant, she started off being rude .. She’s the older lady.. I didn’t like her attitude toward me or my daughter.. she scrap my daughter teeth and gum too hard.. I could tell how my daughter was squelching in the chair..The lady is too Loud! I prefer she come to me and tell me about my daughter bottom teeth’s instead talking loud so everybody else can hear it.. my daughter has autism. I was upset when leaving the dentist office Wednesday.. The other two dental assistants and dentist was nice..When working with public she need to be more nice, I have heard other comments from other parents about her.. Next time I bring my girls, I prefer not too see her. Thanks!!

I took my daughter for the first time. We arrived only 10 minutes early so I expected to wait a little longer than usual because of the new patient paperwork. We ended up waiting an hour and 40 mins after our appointment. Luckily, they had enough toys & books for the kids to entertain themselves while they waited. After they finally called us back everyone was so nice. All around it was a great experience.

My boys love Happy smiles ! Everyone always has a smile and always makes my boys so confident in going to the dentist. They are the best!! Ive been taking my daughters to Happy Smiles for the last two years and very visit has gone smoothly. The staff are very friendly and patient with my girls. Ive never experienced a long wait even with a waiting room full of patients. The atmosphere is centered around kids and I cant wait for my son to experience this first dentist visit with Happy Smiles!

Wonderful staff and Dr! They take their time with kids and dont rush them into the visit. They do every thing they can to give the kids a great experience and not be scared! Wish Happy Smiles was around when I was a kid!

It was my 3 year olds first visit. They took their time with him even when he got scared and upset. They didnt push him to finish the trays and let me sit with him in the chair to give him comfort.

The staff made my 6 yr old feel very comfortable and that is a huge deal. He is super scared of “the chair” but they made him feel safe and he sat there for the first time ever.

My daughter has been going to Happy Smiles for about 4 years now. After being told certain things werent fixable Dr. Harris and staff came to the rescue. Weve always had an awesome experience at Happy Smiles they make dental visits fun and the staff feels like family! I sure hate they dont do adult patients. I would refer EVERYONE I know with children to Happy Smiles.

Great waiting room for keeping kids busy, super nice staff. My 15 month old didnt shed a single tear the whole time.Only complaint would be the temperature 😥 The heat was set way too high. Which isnt great for waiting rooms full of kids this time of year either, helps sick germs thrive.

The Staff was very nice and very well organized, the wait wasn’t long at all. They’re very patient with the children, and got my children right in for an appointment; and they made it out just in time for school.

I enjoyed the clinic. It was very kid friendly and had many things to keep the child(ren) busy and comfortable. The staff was very lovable and I enjoyed the environment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with kids in the surrounding Philadelphia and Meridian areas. They are very effiecient. They get you in and the get job done. I was there a maximum of about 30 minutes. The wait time was about 10 because my son was a new patient and I had paperwork to fill out.

Dr. Farlon is an exceptional pediatric dentist! From the time I found out my sweet 6 year old daughter had a cavity he immediately put us to ease and we completely trusted him through it. The staff knows exactly what to do to make even the tiniest nervous little patients get through their dental treatment. His assistants were absolutely amazing in the treatment room, they work flawlessly with Dr.Farlon and you can tell they are highly experienced & very well trained! What could have been a traumatic first dental experience turned into a comforting caring appointment and I couldn’t be more thankful! I really admired how Dr. Farlon & his team perform with any and all behaviors. The work that was completed was the highest quality and I was so impressed with it being done on my son.. a wiggly 7 year old. Ha! I highly recommend this dentist office! If you have a scared little one, Dr. Farlon can truly make miracles happen!All of my children have a great impression of Happy Smiles dentistry because the experience has been great every time. Happy Smiles has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the children. Everyone there is so helpful and go out if their way to make the kids feel at ease. Michelle Ryans was there when my daughter had to have oral surgery and she kept her calm and kept me update on everything!
