Built my own computer and messed up my OS somehow. Took my PC in late (4pm). Told me it would take a day or 2. They called me 10 AM next morning and said it was fixed. They even gave me a free SATA cable for my hard drive. They also updated drivers and everything else for games to run smoothly and made sure my build was good. Charged me for an hour what would have taken me 3 or 4. Very worth it. 100% recommend these guys. Very friendly and good service.

I had a problem with my computer and took it in and mike got it up and running in no time.

I got what I thought was a computer virus and took my laptop to Quick Computer Services in Meridian. Luckily my problem was not as serious as I thought. The service guy fixed the problem in a matter of a few seconds and didnt charge me anything. He could have kept the laptop for a couple days and charged me for the work. I would not have known the difference.I know now that Quick Computer Services is knowledgeable and HONEST. When I do have a computer problem in the future I am going to Quick Computer Services.

Like so many others out there, the Windows 10 update bricked my desktop! My computer was maybe five years old and had everything I wanted on it. It functioned great until Windows 10 was released. I tried everything to recover, fix, repair it remotely. No dice. I really liked the smaller scale foot print and aesthetic features of this particular model/ brand and didnt want a different desktop. I took it into Quick for a diagnosis. Well...D.O.A. was the verdict. Thanks Windows 10! They refurbished my desktop with a memory, processor, flash drive HD and power source upgrade and...wait for it! Recovered my data from my old hard disc! All this for about $200 less than a new computer! Service was done on time and at the price quoted. No surprises. Great job Quick Computer Services!

Brought computer in to get work on. There was no problem with the computer except to update windows and fix sound issue. I was still charge full price. Started to have issues with sound again and they wanted to charge me again to re -fix the sound even though it should have been fixed correctly the first time. Store manager was combative and not customer service oriented!

These techs are AMAZING!! I thought my laptop was done for after itd taken such a bad spill, but I bought it in to Quick and they quickly soothed my fears that all my files were gone.They ordered a replacement screen, charged me very fair prices for parts and labor and even upgraded my laptop while they had it in, I LOVE IT NOW!!! The overall project cost me about $300, but involved building a $2,000 computer. Ive waited years to finally have my own awesome computer, so you bet that I had to do my homework and find a company that I would trust. Quick Computer Solutions met expectations, with a little extra. Budget expectations were met. Time expectations were met. Knowledge expectations were met. These gentlemen were courteous to me and offered information that would help me make better (future) decisions. We use Quick on a regular basis and have been very pleased with their team. The technicians know their stuff and have always been polite and fast. Most recently when I was in the shop they helped me out with a laptop issue. The computer I am typing on right now is a custom built computer that Cole built 4 years ago. Although it is four years old it runs like a hero because they built me a system out of top-shelf parts. The computer was expensive. But worth every penny because it has lasted so long. My keyboard is a mechanical super-user keyboard that Cole personally picked out for me to accommodate my fast-typing needs. Five Stars!

Had a problem with my laptop I could not handle. Needed a key replaced on keyboard. My vision and dexterity prevented me from accomplishing this. I called Quick Computer, and they said, Bring it on in. So I did, Less than 15 minutes later I walked out with a fully functioning keyboard. Fast! Courteous! Outgoing! And my fee was a good word here. Cant beat that.

These folks have always been able to diagnose and correct what ever hardware or software issue our systems were experiencing. Today I was full of distress regarding my computer. The Lead technician calmed me down and very simply repaired my computer. He did not make me feel like an idiot. Quick is an excellent shop! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. I work in a business that utilizes a lot of computers, and we need them running. We had some kind of power surge, and one of the computers stopped working. Quick was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and let me know they had the right part to fix the computer. They were able to get it fixed and back to excellent condition that same day. I feel like most of the computer shops out there these days are trying to pull one over on their customers by overcharging for lack luster service. I didnt get that impression from quick at all. I cant recommend these guys enough. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I had to replace the power supply in my desktop this afternoon, so I picked one up at Quick Computer Services at lunch. It was almost half the price of the same model at one of their competitors.Overestimating my skill set, I decided I would install it myself. After about a half hour of frustration, I brought the desktop into Quick and asked them to install it. Cole was able to do so and have it reassembled in no time at all.It is always a treat to see a master tradesman at work, and today was no exception. I had been visiting Quick Computer over the years to annually clean up my computer and get updates. Last year I bought a refurbished desktop from Quick computer services on the advice of Cole after realizing that my computer was already 12 years old, and Windows and I would not be getting new updates. Very happy with the set up, the computer system and the expertise of Sergio who came to the house and did the work. Last week I called on the services of Sergio to straighten out some tough viruses that I couldnt get rid of; see if he could figure out why things wouldnt download and get a few refresher pointers. Wow! Sergio did the job. Being a definite senior citizen I am always so pleased with the way Cole, Sergio and the staff are able to communicate and set things straight. Always grateful to have found their office and will continue to use them for their expertise and on time performance.

I had Cole build me a custom workstation that cost over 3K. When it gets going, the workstation fans are about as loud as a weed-whacker so I need to wear ear protection if I use it for long periods or in warm weather. Coles answer was to put it in the closet. It isnt so much they messed up, but rather they had zero sympathy or any interest in fixing the problem or even trying to make it better. I have had other vendors try to fix it with no luck because of the configuration. Ultimately, I have had to purchase an entirely new, quieter workstation. Best be real specific when talking to these guys and dont pay upfront without an agreement for a refund in the event the same thing happens to you.

Really helpful. Very Quick (get it?). I purchased the Premium Computer Tune-up and I believe they went above and beyond what the claims of the service were. Cole did a total re-install of Windows to remove all the bloatware and when I had forgotten the drivers DVD I simply took it back in and they did the extra work for no extra charge despite it being my fault! Computer is QUIET now and runs nice.

I had almost given up hope of saving my fathers Windows 8 laptop after he locked himself out of it less than a week after getting it. After struggling with my computer for two years, I called Quick Computers. Sergio came to my office and quickly assessed the problem as a hardware one. He was able to work around the defective part, so my computer now works properly. I should have called for help two years ago.

Treated me like a second class citizen when I came in asking about a case and motherboard combo and was met with a what you see is what we got and no comment besides that. They continued to talk about the superiority of smash burger vs. Main Street burger which must have been much more important to them. What they had was a few processors and some graphics cards with only a few cases to be seen that were obviously not for sale. Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Try four corners pc store. Theyre a bit of a drive but a least they treat you like a person.

I trust no one else to touch my desktop/workstation but Cole at Quick. To my knowledge theres nobody with as much knowhow in the whole Boise area. About every three years or so we go through my machine and he gives me good, common sense recommendations for what parts can be updated to keep me running smooth and fast. In my line of work I CANNOT AFFORD DOWN TIME. Cole usually has my builds done before the time he estimates - the company name isnt lying, they help you out Quick. Hes always treated me fair. The shop is small but well equipped. I recommend Quick to all my friends and family, give these guys a shot and you will be pleasantly surprised.

BUYER BEWARE! The computer I paid for is so loud I cant do webinars, skype, or conference calls with it on. You told me to just put it in the closet last time I brought it in so I am not sure how you expect me to feel good about the purchase or the subsequent service. However your response of utter contempt, dismissal and now threatening me is beyond the pale. You havent changed obviously. Buyer beware.

I have used Quick Computer Services in the past and again recently. The technician (Sergio) was on time, very professional, and explained things to me in layman terms. I highly recommend them.

I would have given zero stars if I could have. They told me that my daughters laptop was a throw away and couldnt be fixed. Then started in on their sales pitch. When I got home I googled it and was able to find the part for $11:00 with free shipping. It took me about ten minutes to take the laptop a part and another ten to put it back together.Dumb ass I would have given you a $100 to put a new dc charge Jack in for me!
