I like it for the fact that I can grab good products, usually on a promo like BOGO, but I dont get my hair cut here so the rating is strictly on product.

Jen is always so helpful and amazing she has been cutting mine and my boys hair for at least a year now she is always so welcoming and great with us, my boys feel so welcome and comfortable when they sit down for their cuts. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

After two great haircuts and experiences taking my son here I wish the third time was the same. Hes about to be 3 and was as well behaved as a mom could hope for. The stylist who I didnt get her name was very rude to me and short with him. I understand this is not a childs salon but the do offer childrens haircuts. Im guessing she was having a bad day but it soured our experience here.

All my hair is yellow barely any brown when i asked for her to fade it with the brown. i’ve always asked for that and this time it was just horrible. the tips of my baby hairs are blonde and the rest of the top is brown and it does not look good at all. for $140 definitely not worth it

Dont recommend this place. The lady that gave me a haircut looked like she knew what she was doing but totally wrong hair cut and super uneven, left like super long hair beh8nd the ears. Didnt see most of this stuff right away because they wash your hair so the hair is wet and you cant see it. When the hair dried thats when you wish you can go back and have them put your hair back on.

Quick and easy with an appointment

I was specific about the length I wanted my hair and it got cut too short. They stylist...I think his name was ray...was very nice though and the cut looks good just too short.

On the 19th of October, I came in to get a cut. I didnt see the stylist wash her hands, in fact she look unprofessional/grungy with what looked look like unwashed baggy jeans and a black hoody. She wasnt even tall enough to see over the top of my head, smh. As for my haircut, I wasnt happy one bit, she doesnt know how to blend the sides or doesnt care.

I went in with a messed up cut from another salon. . . To be fair it was more difficult (asymmetrical with an undercut), but Jen was able to not only correct it without cutting a ton of my hair off she was also able to get the shape I was originally going for. I have exreextre thick hair so I was impressed with her skills with a razor and texturing/thinking shears. Jen has definitely gained me as a customer from now in :)

2 Years ago I first reviewed this salon with a 5 star rating. Things have changed.Turn over is ridiculous . Stylists come and go like the wind. This says corporate is undesirable.The new manager Jen is unfriendly and undesirable all around.I sent my son in to buy So Silver for me. He told me (5mins after purchase) that the product was on sale for buy one get one 50% off. I sent him back to get the deal. Jen laughed when he asked and told him he would need to buy 2 more.Sad that were going to buy So Silver from ULTA from now on.Goodbye convenience .

Ill never go back, beautician acted like she hated her job. Didnt listen to what I wanted, told me she couldnt cut the back how I wanted it even though others have. Left me with much uneven hair I had to have repaired.

Went in for a perm walked out with nothing more than empty pockets perm didnt take and never got a refund not impressed
