Nothing more to say than these guys are a rip off. In 2013 my house had a major flooding in which my family lost many assets and are still fixing our property two years later. Someone from TO Engineers came out to my house and charged hundreds of dollars and I didnt even get a document providing me with a quote or anything. I had four other individuals come out whom did not charge me more than a reasonable fee for coming to my home and also providing me wit a written document. Maybe your luck with these guys will be better, but I dont recommend them.

I have only used them in land development, but they have been excellent. They plan ahead and care about whats best for you.

We are very satisfied with the work by their landscape architect on two projects. They are attentive to our needs and wants while providing a landscape solution that has received many positive comments from friends.
