This kudos is a direct shout out to Brian Hogan with Farm Bureau in Lewiston, ID.I was in an accident last year with a FB insured customer. It was a real doozy and it ended up totaling my truck. It left me dinged up pretty good too.It’s important to note that I have spent the last 5 years in the insurance business. This comes from someone with first hand knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance business. This means I know full well how the claims process can go. One thing I know for sure is that the level of service you receive is directly proportionate to the person you are dealing with.Brian took hold of my claim midway through the process. Thank goodness for that. Brian drove this claim through with a level of professionalism that you can only hope for as a customer or in this case, the victim in a loss. Truth be told, he stayed on it better than we did! His careful attention and follow through were great and very much needed.Thank you Brian. For everything you did. When I initially went in there they quoted me and amount and I told them I wanted my payments to come out at the beginning of every month. Me thinking cool this is gonna work out perfectly and I’m paying exactly what I wanted but NO. They got me and my mom confused and switched my due date without telling me which set me behind on a payment. And on top of that they didn’t do their job from the beginning and quote me the right amount and then raise the price of my monthly dues without telling me as well.. they suck. Horrible communication skills

Rude front desk ladies. Beverly is always rude, but today I got Rhonda W. She acted like I was an inconvenience to help because I was not sure how to say or how i needed to change insurance companies. Thanks for starting my day off right Ronda! Also, my agent never gave to refer-a-friend bonus to my friend either...Moving on to a more friendly/helpful insurance company.

For some reason my rate fluctuates every year. It’s been small amounts, but my rate just jumped from 50 to 100 WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION!!! sent my account in the negative and now I’m demanding a reason why and to be reimbursed the amount. This is ridiculous LEARN TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT ANY AND ALL MONETARY CHANGES!!!

Really great staff and very good service. We have been with the Meridian Farm Bureau Insurance for years. We have had a few claims and it is ALWAYS handled well. We love our Agent, Mario Salinas.

Rates are good and staff are helpful, although the invoices and coverage info are unnecessarily complicated and can difficult to understand.Claims are easy to work with, if you can manage to get a hold of them. If they are busy and you cant get them on the phone - its up to you to continue calling as they will not follow up.

I was added to my financee insurance and saved a lot more than allstate
