Rip off. Avoid like the plague. Overpriced. Charged $428 for a rebuilt Detroit Diesel starter. Had same starter rebuilt a few years back by a different shop for $165. The new rebuilt starter from Teds had pitting throughout the casing from corrosion. Told me his shop rebuilt starters. Instead he bought a rebuilt starter and marked up the price. Do not waste your time and money. Price gouger and scammer.

I Needed my alternator repaired on my kubota tractor. Not only did he have a replacement alternator but he had one at 60% less than the cost of a new one. I didnt have to wait for one to.be shipped.
