The landlady is ideal to work with—honest, diligent, responsive, timely, kind, and very accommodating! The apartments have excellent insulation—rarely, if ever, do I hear my neighbors. The rent is among the lowest in the area, which is surprising, considering how nice the apartments are and well-maintained the complex is. I couldn’t recommend Penn Station highly enough!

We needed a place to live while our home was being built. This place was both comfortable and fair priced. Management was responsive and quick to respond to any issue. I would defiantly recommend this place to family and friends! 12-4-2020

I lived there almost about five years. Two times separately. Each time more than two years. I was good before. They can kick you out anytime without any reason.. Its sucks...

Only left because we were buying a house--we would have stayed otherwise. Apartment is under new management, but we were treated fairly by both landlords. The apartments arent new, but theyre sturdy and well maintained. Good price for the area. Laminate countertops, linoleum floors, washer and dryer in unit, central AC and heating. Wolf spiders love the area, but a couple spider traps helped keep the problem under control. Got penalized on our deposit for not having perfect drip pans on our stove, which was a little annoying because they werent new when we moved in, but Im not about to fight someone over less than $20. I know some people got evicted for trashing the property, but it is generally a good community.
