I like the people who work here and they love my dog, but the new owners are going to ruin this place. Before being bought, this was a reliable/clean place to bring my dog who doesnt do well in day camps. It was a good value as it was staffed 24/7 which good for early/late airline flights. Now the new owners have raised prices, cut the hours, and are running the operation so short-staffed they recently were not able to offer the 30 minutes of play time - which Im happy to pay extra for. This place is just not a good value anymore.
Very caring vet and receptionists were very kind Good veterinarian care great facility
I had my 2 shihtzu there for 4 days last week 1 developed kennel cough, they had all there shots, talked to an employee manager never called to follow up. Be careful
My dogs in with them now, they have been professional and despite being extremely busy with a higher than normal demand they have kept in touch and been very pleasent to work with. Prices are what you would expect for an ER vet clinic. 5th star when I get my Lucy back safe.
Sitka seems to be very happy there. Everyone treats her very nice. Love to be able to see her on camera.
Their website said 4-6 visits to their courtyard a day. I watched the webcam while I traveled and the only time they left was for the 30minutes that I paid extra for their one on one play session. I had no idea they would just be locked up all day. They sent me the saddest attempt of a picture of my dog to let me know she was “having fun”. They didn’t get their peanut butter Kong’s I ordered. They also lost my contract one time and didn’t even have my reservation on record. I like their hospital, can’t say much for their resort.
These people love your pets almost as much as you do. I appreciate the daily text with pictures of my kids. Cant imagine going anywhere else.
They take very good care of my fur babies.
Looks very clean and nice. Where are the animals need pictures of them. I have suggestions. See if schools children high schools senior centers churches will do fund raisers to save the pets dogs cats birds rabbits etc. Along with the ones they do for people. I gave food blankets toys to a shelter in San Diego, CA. I couldnt give money cause they wouldnt guarantee they would use it to get shots etc they could use it to put the animal down if not adopted by a certain time. I told them I wont give them money to destroy an animal. Get volunteers to help build a cottage or house or trailer in a property and people volunteer time food to walk and love on the animals. Bring dog dishes cat dishes food pay for shots. And to be foster people till the petvis adopted
ACL/meniscus surgery went well. Under our care She got progressively better for four weeks. Then we went out of town for six days and left her in All Valleys medical boarding to continue her rehab. When we picked her up she could not walk without using a sling under her tummy. She was in so much pain her back was arched nearly double!! She was in worse condition than at the end of her first week post-op!Its the next day and she cannot walk unassisted. When we dropped her off we had to chase her to keep her from climbing stairs without her sling. Our poor dog is suffering so! She cannot use her leg now and were afraid shell be crippled the rest of her life.So disappointed in #Allvalleyanimal!!!
Poolside cabana was great until they closed the pool and kicked us out. Room was nice, games were fun, food was great
