I had paid to get my car towed to my house from their place they said 1, 2 hrs tops its been 3 hours waiting already. short on drivers today 😔 just my luck

Fast reliable service. My towing driver was prompt as he came in 20 minutes and towed my car up to Hartford for about $190 dollars. I fully recommend Nelcon Towing to whoever is in need of service, especially if youve broken down on the highway such as myself on the i-91.

We had a bad accident on Rte. 15 in CT and Nelcon towed all the vehicles, including ours. They were very helpful and accommodating. It was raining by the time we got back to their garage and the luggage and other contents of our car was getting wet since the back window was totally shattered. So they towed the car to a spot inside their garage so we, and the contents of the car, didn’t get totally wet as we arranged for a rental car and then transferred the contents of the damaged car to the rental car.

My truck would not start first thing in the morning at the gas pump. 1 call to Nelcon and they were there within 20 minutes. The driver was very professional and courteous. They had me at my local shop in no time.

Tow truck arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected.Driver was extremely professional, and friendly.As a former tow truck operator, I like to watch how people do a job that I’m so familiar with.This operator was in the top echelon. No missed steps, no corners cut. T hooks and four point straps. Nelcon for the win!!

I have a large RV and I broke down on the side of the road after 5pm. I called Nelcon, they came and towed me to their yard, let us stay overnight, and fixed my rig first thing in the morning. All of the employees were so nice and accommodating. They took our insurance with no issues and they did an amazing job on our RV. They knew what they were doing and if we lived closer we would have them service our RV. They are amazing and I would recommend them if you live in the area and need someone to service or repair your rig.

If you wanna be screamed at and called names then this is a great company to use. When trying to get in touch with the owner. I was lied to, screamed at, hung up on and called every name in the book. This company is absolutely awful and they deserve to be shut down. If you have an issues. They just call you names and hang up the phone on you when trying to get to the bottom of everything.

Friendly operator, quick pick up, hook up and the rest of the trip. Changed a terrible night for the better after insurance company and AAA failed. Professional, fast, friendly - would highly recommend. Called because of great reviews and now I am leaving one myself. 2 thumbs up!

The driver that came to pick up my truck was amazing, he did a great job strapping the truck down. And my truck arrived to its location in a very timely manner, even with it going out of state. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Unfortunately for me I had to have my vehicle towed. Fortunately Nelcon came to tow it! Louis arrived within a minute of when the text message said he would arrive. Louis was very professional and had a lot of pride in his company. It was obvious he was very well trained and liked his job! I have used Nelcon before and have always had a good experience. Nelcon has its act together... Newer, clean trucks with state of the art towing equipment will make sure your vehicle gets to its destination safely. Maybe they had an off day?? Called after hitting a deer on rt 691 in Meriden.Pros: The tow truck driver was very pleasant and competent.Cons: The woman answering the phone was not a pleasant person. Had to wait close to 2 hours after calling before the truck showed up (called at 9:00 am, again at 10:32 and the tow truck showed up at 10:57).

Amazing service, kind and super helpful. They really went above and beyond. I’d gladly get my refrigerated vans towed by them again.
