Great food and great people!

These people do not protect the people they rent to, the allow their tenants to be left in dangerous volatile situations, they should not be allowed to rent or sell to anyone !!! If they cannot abide by their lease of keeping their tenants safe from danger they should not be allowed to rent . Thankful for the housing authority and the help they have provided to take action against this agency as well as the owner of the rented property. It sickens me nothing but slumlords. Sick people putting small innocent children at risk .

I had the unfortunate experience of selecting Sandra Maier as my realtor to sell my house. I figured she was local and well known ... She was well known alright ... She had to be the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is lazy and is a loud mouth. She lacks motivation and is technically inept. If your house needs a little more exposure to sell and some do, you wont be getting that assistance from Ms. Maier. I ended up finding a buyer for my own place and of course had to pay, Ms. Realtor of the year, her commission. Most houses will sell just by listing on the MLS. Dont expect much more from Ms. Maier beyond that. She is well known amongst her peers for her stellar performance should you have any doubts. Run fast and run far.

John Maier is one of the worst landlords i have ever delt with. He is childish and very unprofessional. He has repeatedly denied to fix anything in the house saying its not worth it. In the last few months he has been harassing my wife and i due to the fact that he does not like us and wants us to leave. We are never late on rent do what we have to do and he still harasses us. All i all i would never recommend him or hos business to anyone
