Customer service is excellent, wait time to offload can be extreme some days .

I worked at Tradebe for four and a half years and honestly,its sucks working there.I drove for them,working between twelve to sixteen hours every day (and thats fine if thats your thing)but management is very disrespectful to their drivers and they lie about raises because the less they pay you, the bigger bonus their director of transport gets.They pretty much think drivers are uneducated and use it to their advantage. And their equipment is a whole other story.They still have 25 year old tractors in their fleet,and if anything breaks on it, its the drivers fault.If you are not the type of individual who is not going to brown nose,this is not the place for you.

The work place in itself is wonderful. Tradebe is a good company in itself. I had a wonderful experience working there for 9 months and I learned alot there are plentyof things that can be learned. The biggest problem with this place are the employees. At Tradebe Meriden the employees are horrible. They were always drunk on the weekends. They had beer cans laying around the place and most people just turn a blind eye. Before I left I had to take the former plant manager to his house because he was completely wasted. They need to evaluate all of their employees and test them because the environment is toxic.
