My desktop computer was very old and outdated. I was looking for a new computer that I can play games on and run my business.I’m not computer savvy at all. I called Arnold and he was very knowledgeable, and understanding.He spent the time listening to what my needs were and didn’t upsell me on things I didn’t need.He followed up with me a week later to check in to see how I liked the computer, and if there were any issues. I had originally taken my macbook to be repaired at Best Buy, but the staff there couldnt help me. I called at least 20 places to see who could repair but nobody answered their phone accept these guys. I told them what was happening and they said to come on in. They not only fixed my laptop right there in front of me, but because it was such an easy fix, they didnt bother charging me. Had I gone to Apple for repairs,they wouldve charged me at least $100 for the same thing. These guys are super kind, transparent, helpful, and also super knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this place. I will only be taken my laptops/computers to these guys from now on. They are the best!

Very terrible service, I dropped off my laptop on a Thursday (1/31/19) and was told that they would look at it and give me details on what was wrong with the laptop. I took their number and added it my contacts since I screen all my calls and never received a call. I contacted them the next day to find out the status and I was told that a tech had to look at it and get back with me. The whole day I’m waiting and never got any feedback. I called back and still nothing. The weekend passed and I called the following Monday and I was told the tech will contact me with quote and he never called me so waited a day and called back and they said they were trying to call me and I didn’t see any missed calls from their company being that I saved them to my contacts so I was given a second number to save and never received all calls. So it’s been a week and no status or nothing on my laptop. I went down to the shop today (2/7/19) to pick up my laptop and was told they were trying to call me in which that was not true. I missed out on very important business without having my laptop, THANKS A LOT COMSERVE!!!
