Paris took more time out of his day to truly listen and reassure me than any other bondsman I called that day. He was absolutely wonderful and reassured me that everything would be ok. He said I would most likely get a PTA, and he ended up being correct, however- he still came to court just incase the judge didnt lower or remove the bond. So he took time out of his day just to make me feel more comfortable. I wanted to pay him for his time but he refused. Hes absolutely amazing and I would never even think about using another bondsman!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜

Dudes very rude. We were talking to another bondsman outside court and he rudely budged into our conversation trying to beat the price of the other bondman. His entire approach was rude aggressive and unprofessional. I called this bondsman and explained that I had never dealt with this type of situation before and that I didn’t know what I needed to do. Instead of telling about about a new law that went into effect in January 2020, that says you only need to put up 10% of a bond under $20,000, without the need for a bondsman, they took my money and completed the bail release. The bond was only $2,000, so I could have given the police department the $200 instead, without any penalty or fee. Instead, I gave the $200 to the bondsman, and I have a receipt to back it up, but because that’s their fee, I can’t get it back like I would have if I gave it directly to the police department. I feel like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about arrests or bail/bond, and they should have told me I didn’t actually need a bondsman. Regardless of what the charges were, and however unprofessional it is to put that information out there, I want to be clear, in terms of actually completing the bail process, they were efficient and courteous so I have no complaints there.
