Stopped here got a great price on car insurance. Mr. Huxley was very informative and had great answers and great prices so great I paid my premium upfront. Friendly atmosphere coffee while you wait. Great guys would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Horrible servcies do not recommend this place

I first bought auto insurance from Peter Gallo in the mid 90s when I first moved to the Meriden area. Since then, I got married & bought a home, so, Ive added homeowners and life insurance through him. as well. I would not go to anyone else at this point . Even though I only speak with him twice a year or so he always knows who I am. He has helped us through auto accidents, damages to our home 3 separate times, and when I need a temp ins card to register a car, it is printing off the fax machine before I even hang up the phone. He warns us of rate increases and helps find ways to avoid them, making sure we get every discount we are eligible for. Over the years Ive given Geico and others their 15 minutes to give me a quote a few times. They cant touch it.

Been with Allstate for 10 years. Was transferred by all state to this agent a few years back when my regular agency closed. Peter Gallo is the most unprofessional agency I have ever delt with. I had a phone call just before my policy ended to say oops we missed the fact that you financed car has only liability on it for the last two years!! That my policy will be going up well over a 100.00 a month to receive collision too. The past two years I have been driving around in a financed car and if I had crashed would be liable for the loan. I dont even believe this is legal in Ct! I will be reporting then to th bbb. All I asked after all this was to speak with Peter. Which he refused to return my multiple call asking clarification on this situation.
