This company set up my in-home computer system and now wants to charge me over $500 to install a new router. This is a total rip off. Where are they coming from? Where is their after service integrity? I brought in a lap top for them to clean up and get running more efficiently. They charged $200 and it doesnt run any better then before. These people are pirates.

Needed the fan on my laptop replaced. Called Joe at BlueFrog. He ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived. He fixed it in 45 mins and I watched him. He was professional, thorough and explained what he was doing each step of the way. I am a very satisfied client and would recommend highly.
