I was looking for a watch repair on my phone and Ortegas watch repair came up. I noticed it wasnt far away so I headed over there. My cousins wifes watch had quite running and she asked me to take it to a repair shop for her. The store was a quiat little shop on Main St. I walked in and was met by a gentleman that said, what can I do for you. I handed him the watch and he said Ill check the battery first. When it wasnt the battery he said he could repair it and have it ready tomorrow. The following day I went back to the shop and it was all ready for me. I like that it was all ready for me. The service was impeccable. If I ever need watch repair I know where to go. It will definitely be Ortegas Watch Repair Shop.

This guy is awesome. I brought my grandfathers Waltham in to have looked at. He told me that it wasnt worth it. I told him it was my grandfathers and he told me in that case it is worth it. He cleaned it and checked it out for a very reasonable price. It works great. This thing is from the 40;s or 50s and runs like a top. Thanks Mr. Ortega you are Awesome!

Fast and timely service! He did two battery replacements in less than 10 minutes and it cost $14, he even set the time for me! He takes lunch from 12-1 p.m. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

He got right on the bone fix my watch basically for free, then told me if I want to I could stop by and drop off $2. His service was so awesome I drop by and left $5 great prices great service great place to get work done find your watch if or when needed

Mr Ortega is man of kindness and heart. My husband took his pocket watch to be fixed. Mmy husband was in his VERY BIG scooter that was too big to enter the store. Mr Ortega came out to get the watch and bless his big heart came to our house to bring the watch to us.

Just a real good guy. Not many watch repair shops around, unless you include every tweeker.
