Vanessa is amazing. Highly recommend. Shes wonderful to work with and has many items to choose from for birthdays, quinces, weddings, etc. Supporting a locally owned female business owner is a plus for our community!

They do not open business on time they were not friendly I do not recommend

If I ever again have to rent something I would go here they were so nice. I would definitely recommend it.

They brought the bounce house to my home but did not clean it before delivering it. There were spiders,trash and soda spills plus dirt all over the bounce house. Very unsanitary for children. I called to ask them to clean it and they did not come clean it until after 2 hours of waiting. Called a second time to verify they were on their way and the lady who answered hung up on me. 😡 They are disgusting rude and the chairs were also in bad conditions.... i will not be renting anything at all from them again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Delivery window was 5-7 pm. Numerous calls were made and driver had gotten lost. Vanessa told me they had delivered the rentals. It should have been delivered in the back by party barn. Instead they delivered it to the front house which had no lights on, dropped it off and left with no signature from me as receiving the delivery. Table cloths were dirty, I had ordered flatware for 220 guests, the spoons were soup spoons not teaspoons. We were not serving soup! We were not able to use the table skirting as they sent the incorrect clips. Table linens were different shades of off white, noticeably different so adjustments had to be made. Table cloths were not even hung on hangers. I again made a call on the morning of the wedding requesting clean table cloths, she said they had none available. When I returned the table skirting which was still in their bags I requested a refund be made to the bride. Vanessa said she couldnt and wouldnt do that. I have planned many weddings and events over the last 40 yrs. and have never dealt with a rental company as unprofessional as Piccolinas Party. A very very bad experience and would never use them again!!!P.S. When Piccolinass could not replace 6 dirty table cloths for the wedding I called JS Global Events in Merced. They were very accommodating and were able to provide me the table cloths I needed. An additional expense for the bride.

Sadly id seen bad reviews about this place and they proved me right! I ordered a dress that was over $200 and 1) I was never called when it came in 2.) Woman who attended me was so rude and I was very offended 3.) While there I was waiting to speak to the manager only to hear that the manager was busy attending another complain from someone. Thats just ridiculous! Cheap products at high prices as well. Very disappointing

If possible id give 0 stars! Very rude employees! I was criticized when I went there, it was my first time getting a rental, I wasnt even called like they were supposed to! Lady looked very unprofessional, and highered her voice as she spoke to me! Had a terrible experience there, when I tried speaking to boss, was told that he doesnt speak to customers! which in my opinion is the first thing the boss should do. I had ordered some decorations as well, and they literally broke right away, and apparently I couldnt get a refund! Wow and they customer service is terrible as well! Hope to never buy from here again where all the employees do is text on their phone! Thats very unprofessional!!!

Terrible! Wont ever buy from here again! So cheap products, service isnt even attended! I ordered a dress, it looked nothing as shown in image, color way different, and damaged! Was told there was nothing to do, manager wouldnt keep her word and just kept texting on her phone with family! When I went to their store, I realized all their decorations for baby showers etc were all cheaply made from dollar store materials! Legit I saw an ornament that I bought from dollar tree and they were selling it for way more! The dress material was terrible, their fitting room is basically their storage room for piñatas, very un professional, warning you to hopefully not purchase like I did, and now loosing all my money, like another reviewer said, there service is simply terrible, and you cant even return anything ! Id rather purchase from an actual professional store rather than go to here where the employees dont know what their doing! Again today when I walked in to the store to see the worker calling her friend and the other hot glueing cheap materials together to sell it ! Thanks!!!
