When I called for help with a non-english person whos seeking services, the person who answered the phone was really rude. She states we do not help people who doesnt speak english, theres no way to help them. This is discrimination and should be reviewed. Its prejudice against non-english speakers. Super unprofessional how she spoke to me over the phone and how she hung up on me. She even stated even if they have the forms filled out and just wants them to review it, they cant because they dont speak spanish and goes on to say we dont have attorneys to give legal advice I told her but it says in your webpage you have attorneys for legal advice. I asked if they have an interpreter service and she hung up on me.

I had a last minute delivery deadline for a business proposal for the county of Merced and Debra was able to have my project printed and delivered within a short time frame for a reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my needs and questions.

They cant help me? Too pricey.
