I dont know what the other reviews are pertaining to. I am getting excellent treatment here. Yasmine is thoughtful and everyone Ive come into contact with listen to me and are polite. No meds no hassle. A great place for anyone seriously looking to recover and turn their life around.

They take forever to come to you. Ive been waiting in this room for like an hour to see someone come into the room.

Absolutely pitiful. Unfortunately most people that go here have no other choice so there is little incentive for them to try harder.

Good luck trying to get your medication. Last time it took two weeks of calling and being told that a “nurse” would be given the message. Finally the pharmacy notified me that I had fifteen days worth to last until my nextappointment. I had my appointment with Nurse May and she told me she’d call in my prescriptions. Nothing happened. I’m out of medication and I don’t see Dr. Lyles for two months. If I have a manic episode, who do I file the lawsuit against? Mental Health? Merced County? May, the nurse? There a degree of incompetence here that needs to be corrected. Treatment ofpatients in this manner is unacceptable.Who is in charge? Nobody seems accountable.Saturday, December 7, 2019

This place is a joke, they dont help people they move you in and out like a number. i went for over a year all the councilor did yawn when i was talking. 15 minutes with shrink every 3 months and pills pills pills. They go up a dose then down a dose all the while claiming help. Its a shamble, there are so many people here that want help and have no place to go. they are making bank under the guise of helping the community they really should be investigated.

I am seekinh help for my son. Amy was my intake worker. Shr was so helpful. I just pray in Jesus name he will hang in untill his appointment.

At first I had a nurse for renewing meds because my psycologist tried but I have a new psycologist one and they are great, Ive never had a issue I couldnt talk to them about and feel safe too.
