One of their employees lost a couple sheets of glass on the freeway today. Wasnt properly secured to the truck. Glass shattered everywhere. Trucks and cars couldnt avoid hitting it on the road. It sucked. I wonder if that guy lost his job? Better days ahead bud. Im sure theyre a great company but this is my only run-in with them.

They have replaced several windows in our old building and always able to find the correct way to replace them. Only place to use as they are very responsive and quick. Prices are always very reasonable!!!

Buzz got my windows and installed them within two weeks! His install guys were great! I would absolutely recommend them, they did a fantastic job!

Update: went to use Buzz again today (7/2021)and the lady at the office called with the quote and said it would be $180 for a small 12’ x 12’ piece of plexiglass. She said the plastic only cost $17 and the rest was labor. It slips in to the pane and you glue it - maybe 15 mins of labor? If that!I am honestly heartbroken as I thought this was a good business not out to get you. I really wanted to use them again. Buzz is always so nice and professional. But their prices have become unreasonable :(Today was just honestly an amazing day for me. I called Buzz Perfection Glass this morning and this evening my window is repaired and another window installed. I honestly wanted to cry because the repair man came over, took measurements and gave an estimate. I explained I get paid Thursday - could he come back? He said he was busy - but I think he understood it was cold and it’s my kids room etc so he asked for a small deposit and I could pay the rest Thursday. But on top of that generosity - I had older window in my bedroom where the bottom half that lifts was completely destroyed over a year ago due to my pitty thinking she could get in to the house through the unopened window. She took out not only the glass but the frame as well. Buzz brought the same frame and installed it for us. I was quoted 300$ plus from other companies over the phone - which was beyond our means at this time - he replaced it for $25. Gods angels walk here on Earth. Please use him - you won’t regret it.

I needed two tasks done - replacing a double-paned window and cutting glass to fit a handcrafted coffee table. The work was done quickly and well. Every one I worked with was professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

Called to ask them to instal a windshield and rear window in truck in March 2019. I set up an appointment and never heard from them again.I called them numerous times, but they never returned calls nor followed up. Maybe time to get new glass companies in Merced county. Companies that actually call you back and get work done.
